Today is the day that Brandon is going to scout out the location where we saw the smoke plume. It has
been a week since Mykayla and Kylani had the babies. Everything has gone well and all four of them
are doing well. We had originally planned on Brandon heading to Darrius’s territory a week ago, but
apparently, the babies decided to show up. Not that I am surprised, nothing with our group ever seems
to run smoothly. Something always throws a wrench in our plans. Brandon has been gone for about
half an hour. I am watching the screen and I see a smoke plume so I know someone is there. We just
don’t know if it’s both of them or just one of them. Chris has been keeping in contact with Brandon. It
helps when you can talk to each other through your mind. Let’s be real, I really don’t want to know what
is going on in any of these guys minds. The girls are back at the house in the nursery with all the kids.
Dusting had two of the rooms by the rec room renovated and they turned it into a playroom/nursery.
“How’s he doing?” Marcus asked Chris.
“He is almost to the area where the smoke is coming from,” Chris answers.
Good, at least we can get a visual of what I am guessing is a cabin. He is just going to watch and see,
but if an opportunity arises he might be bringing back a bear. We continue to watch the screen and we
see no one coming or going.
“Ok, he’s going in,” Chris says.
We all wait to see what Brandon is going to tell us. Honestly, the suspense is killing me. I really wish I
could be there. We hear nothing for about half an hour.
“He has Marshall and is on his way back,” Chris announces.
Well, that is not what I thought I would hear. Hot damn, we now have two out of three of them. Damian
is going to lose his shit when he finds out that we have Marshall. I would love to be a fly on the wall for
the upcoming discussion between Damian and Alpha Darrius. Also when they tell the others what has
happened. We head towards the cell. We figure we will just put him in the cell with Ian. That way they
can be miserable together.
Brandon
This was not what I had planned when I started my day today. I planned on getting to the location and
doing recon work. I was not planning on taking one or both. I really wasn’t equipped to kidnap a fucking
were bear. The only thing I had on me was some sleeping pill. I had stopped by the pharmacy on my
way here and picked up a prescription for Tyrell. He has insomnia and he takes them. I got past the
border guards easily. As usual, they had no idea I was there. I followed the directions that Marcus had
given me and I was continuously talking with Chris to make sure I was not getting lost. Damn this
territory is even deeper in the forest than Dustin’s. I can see how Darrius can hide things here. I slowly
made my way to the area and I could smell the smoke so I knew I was close. I weaved my way through
the bushes and trees. They've hidden in all this shit was a cabin. Not gonna lie, I loved it. I love to
camp so this cabin in the middle of the woods was amazing. I crept up to the window and looked in. At
first, I didn’t see anything. I could hear someone in there but they must have been in a different room. I
changed and found a window where I was able to see more of the inside of the cabin. Finally, I got a
visual of one of the bears. Well hello, asshole. I knew which one it was. It is Marshall, he was on the
phone. I could hear his conversation and I knew I had to do something.
“Yeah, I think that is a good idea. When are we going to switch locations?” He asked someone.
“Ok, I’ll leave here in a few after I make sure that this place looks like no one has been here.” He said.
Fuck they are getting ready to change places they are hiding. I knew then I was gonna have to make a
decision. I sure as hell couldn’t let him leave. I watched and noticed he was drinking something. Sorry
Tyrell but I owe you some sleeping pills. I took six sleeping pills out and crushed them into a powder. I
snuck in while Marshall was in the other room and mixed them into his drink. It was coffee so I knew he
wouldn’t notice the taste. He drinks his coffee black so that shit is already bitter. I could hear him
coming so I went back outside and watched through the window. Hopefully, that would be enough to
knock him out. Marshall is a big guy. It took about fifteen minutes and he was out cold. Now how in the
fuck do I get this huge guy back. I sure a fuck can’t carry his huge ass. Then it struck me, I quickly
called him and in no time Phantom was standing in the living room of the cabin. Just to make it clear he
barely fit in the damn cabin. Phantom laid down and I rolled Marshal on to him and we quickly got the
hell out of there. He should be surprised when he wakes up. At least he’ll be in good company.

We all hurried to the dungeons and found Brandon with a very knocked out Marshall in one of the cells.
He was snoring. This was not in the original plan but hey we have another one of them. I was
impressed that Brandon got him back here. Brandon is strong but Marshall is huge. I am sure that there
is no way that Brandon could have carried him back here himself.
“How did you get him here?” Draydon asks.
“I called Phantom.” Brandon admitted.
Ok, that makes more sense as to how he got him back here. Wait, how the fuck did that huge beast fit NôvelDrama.Org: text © owner.
in that cabin. It looked like a decent-sized cabin, but let’s be real, Phantom is fucking ginormous.
“To answer the question you all have Phantom barely fit in the living room.” He says.
Brandon explains why he decided to grab Marshall. Those bastards were getting ready to find a new
place to lay low. So he made the decision to knock him out with some sleeping pill.
“Sorry Tyrell, I owe you some sleeping pills,” Brandon says.
“It’s cool, they were used for a good cause,” Tyrell tells him.
We place chains around his wrists and ankles and Draydon and Xion pick him up and we make our
way to Ian’s cell. We open the door and Ian’s eyes get huge when he realizes who we have. Of course,
he starts swearing which we all ignore. We chain Marshall to the ground about eight feet from Ian and
leave. We are in no hurry to wake him up. Besides we don’t have a reversal for the sleeping pills so
Marshall gets to wake up on his own. Which will probably be later tonight or tomorrow. Brandon
drugged him up good. I understand why he used so many since he wasn’t sure how much it would take
to sedate Marshall. Besides, it takes a lot to sedate a shifter. We can tolerate more drugs and alcohol
than humans can. It is almost impossible for us to get drunk. Ian is still swearing at us. I turn back
around and give him a smile just to piss him off.
