The Alpha’s Obsession with his Ex-Contract Luna

Chapter 101

Chapter 101

Alpha Nick was still passionately kicking Sheridan when the pack siren went off. He paused and chuckled. “She’s bold, don’t you think?” He didn’t need to be told that Charlotte was the one who summoned the pack members.

Sheridan smiled knowingly and teased him affectionately. “She has a case against you, so what are you going to do about it? Mind you, if you don’t handle it well, you might not get to know how I taste,” she winked.

Alpha Nick’s gaze darkened dangerously. He had impregnated Sheridan, had a daughter through her, but did not even know how S*x or Sheridan tasted. He had to prove himself worthy, and now that he had the woman he loved by his side, nothing could stop him.

“I think it’s time to put the bird in its cage. She has been let loose for too long.”

“I think I agree,” Sheridan said, just as Alpha Nick covered her lips with his again. Her whole b*dy responded to him, a moan escaped her, at the same time her hand pressed against the back of his head to deepen the k*ss.

If they had their way, they would have just ignored the alarm to continue blaring. Charlotte was not worth their time. Sheridan was skeptical about her return, but after taking the risk, she was beginning to love her decision.

However, she still felt it was too early to decide on whether or not she was right to come back.

“Do you not care about the pack siren?” Alpha Seiko yelled from downstairs, confused by the happenings around him.

Alpha Nick chuckled, unperturbed by Alpha Seiko’s worry. The sound of the pack siren was indeed annoying, the perfect reason for one to jump out of bed at the sound of it. Strangely, both Alpha Nick and Sheridan were unperturbed about it for the first time.

“Relax, Alpha Seiko. I think you should all come out and see.” He dragged Sheridan along with him as they made their way to the entrance of the pack house, but Sheridan recoiled to the back somehow.

At the entrance, Alpha Nick saw the angry pack members about to dash in when he said coldly, “No need. I’m already here.” All those in the pack house equally followed to listen to the matter of concern. This is from NôvelDrama.Org.

“Alpha, is what she is saying true? Are you cheating on her?” One of the pack members, an elder, asked.

“What if say yes?” Alpha Nick spoke calmly, disappointment registered on the faces of the people present as the

elderly man spoke once again.

“Alpha, that is unlike you.”

Alpha Nick smiled and pulled Sheridan to his side. Why should she be hiding when Charlotte had offended them both?

At the sight of Sheridan, the pack members who were unaware of her arrival were marveled. “Luna Sheila.” Excitement laced their voices to Charlotte’s dismay.

Aside from strength, what did Sheridan have that she didn’t to garner so much attention? The pack members were not even annoyed by the cutting short of their sleep anymore.

Alpha Nick decided to put things into perspective. “Then I would like to tell you a story. Once upon a time, I found my mate. Beautiful and innocent, or so I thought, but she would neither allow me to mark her nor mate with her until we got married the human way.”

All eyes turned to Charlotte as this was unheard of. Mates would want to mark and mate with each other as soon as they felt the bond, so what gave her the courage to deny her mate, An Alpha for that matter? Alpha Nick continued to speak nonetheless, seeming unbothered by the change in their reaction.

“I agreed to everything she said, but on the day of the wedding, she disappeared.” He paused and corrected himself with sarcasm. “Actually, she eloped with another man.’

Charlotte was shivering, and Tom felt his knees weaken. How could Charlotte be so stupid to gather the pack members? It would have been easier if it was just the people in the pack house.

“That is not true. I was kidnapped. I have proof.” Charlotte quickly denied it. The cold breeze suddenly felt like hot air. She walked towards Alpha Nick, about to plead with him to stop by trying to tug on his sleeve.

That used to work before, but this time, Sheridan saw it and pulled Alpha Nick away from her. “Don’t let her touch you or you know what would happen,” she said in a possessive tone. Alpha smiled at her. His heart warmed greatly, and he cupped her cheek in the palm of his hands.

“I was afraid she was going to touch you with her gem–infested fingers, but look at you rather protecting me. Now I feel like you became the Alpha instead of Luna.”

He leaned in, about to plant a k*ss on her forehead when Alpha Seiko spoke up again. The confession caught his interest since he was there on the wedding day.

“Alpha Nick, it’s already late. Please don’t keep us waiting.”

Alpha Nick’s hand tightened around Sheridan’s slender waist before he continued to speak.

“A beautiful woman saved me from the shame, proposing to marry mejor six months.” Guilt welled up in his

eyes. They carried sadness. “I agreed but never treated her right. I was a jerk because I was searching for my

mate.”

His expression turned chilly, but he refused to let go of the woman in his arms. “Guess what? My mate showed

up, and I sent the woman who loved me with all her heart and saved me from shame packing.”

Those who did not know the full story began to shake their heads, already guessing that the woman was

Sheridan.

In public, no one knew that she went through so much. No wonder she was diminished during her time in the

pack. Everyone felt guilty for not treating Sheridan better.

“Mom advised me against it, but I cared a lot about the mate bond that I let her go.” Pain shot through his voice. It weighed heavily on his heart.

“To cut a long story short, I met my ex–wife at the gala award, and truth be told, she caught my attention. My mate lied that she owned a business, which rightfully belonged to my ex–wife.”

At this moment, Charlotte could not lift up her head, but Alpha Nick continued to speak nonetheless.

“I was upset at some point with all the men around her and thought that I needed fresh air, but guess what I

saw?”

All ears perked up, including that of Charlotte, and why did Tom feel that this was not going to be good? He should have eloped from the time he began to feel strange.

“My mate was k*ssing a man who happened to be my best friend.” An ‘O‘ sound could be heard across as all eyes

pinned on Tom. How stupid had they been to not have connected the dots.

Alpha Nick did not return after the gala award, and his attitude towards them had completely changed. This

time, Tom blamed himself, as he was the one w

initiated everything, thinking that Alpha Nick was too busy

inside.

Now he understood Alpha Nick’s reason for allowing Charlotte to be beaten by Anita before equally beating him to a pulp that day. Tom’s legs felt so heavy as the airs around him became increasingly uncomfortable.

“Shamelessly, they were confessing their plans to each other.” Alpha Nick did not stop there. Before anyone would judge him for falling in love out of the mate bond, they had to understand that the mate bond disappointed him. His mate took him for granted. His mate betrayed him…
