Chapter 1528 Shipley
Chapter 1528 Shipley
The human race was about to welcome its seventh supreme god! This was certainly shocking news.
The news came from the ancestor himself, and thus, nobody dared doubt how true it was. No wonder
the ancestor insisted that they would discuss how to deal with Darren after Heath came back.
Everyone already expected that Heath was a powerful tomb keeper, but they never thought that he
would actually be the seventh supreme god!
Right now, the human masters were in a mix of shock and excitement, but there was still a question
stuck on all their minds. Who was the sixth supreme god? Did the ancestor consider Alfredo in the
count?
"Silence, please."
Just as everyone was engaged in a heated discussion over the outcomes, Heath spoke up.
"I haven't really become a supreme god just yet. The ancestor only announced this news in order to
encourage me and all of us here to strive more. As for whether I'll truly become the seventh supreme
god or not, it's too early to tell. I guess all I can say is that my chances are higher compared to
everyone else."
Heath's words warmed everyone's heart. He was such a humble person in their eyes.
The ancestor was set to announce a human event, which he must have thought over for a long time,
else, he wouldn't have just praised anyone out of the blue. After all, the ancestor was the only leader of
the human race, and he had to watch his words.
"Sir, so this means you are at least a half-step supreme god?" someone in the crowd asked.
"Sort of," answered Heath.
A half-step supreme god! It was like Alfredo in the past.
Alfredo was a Defiant Master, and he possessed some extremely powerful skills, so he was able to
fight as good as a supreme god. Moreover, among the several supreme gods in the entire history of the
human race, Alfredo was very likely to be ranked first! Of course, this was just a possibility. After all,
they didn't know much about the other four supreme gods except Braxton.
Everyone could only roughly estimate Alfredo's strength based on the rumor that he had invaded into
the Kingdom of the Chief Gods. Based on what they'd heard, he was the strongest supreme god in
history.
Now, right before their eyes, Heath had personally admitted that he was at the peak of the half-step
supreme god. Naturally, he was now the most powerful warrior of the human race.
In terms of strength, Heath was even stronger than the ancestor.
"Congratulations, Supreme God Heath. Your rise is a blessing to the human race!"
"Finally, a talent from the human race has risen. Thank the heavens!"
"Supreme God Heath, please accept my bow! It is such an honor to be in your presence!"
Everyone was so excited that they all began to bow to Heath and cheered, "Long live, Supreme God
Heath!"
The praise and excited screams were expected. Having a human supreme god was very important to
the human race. It gave them hope, and made them feel safe. With a supreme god among them, the
humans could at least guarantee the bloodline of the race continued and not to fall into complete
annihilation.
Even Lord Starry Sword and Lord Feng were dumbstruck. The two of them had always aspired to
become supreme gods.
"Everyone, please, don't call me 'supreme god'. It's an insult to the supreme gods of our human race."
Heath didn't feel that he deserved to be called "supreme god" before he really became one.
"You are too modest, sir." NôvelDrama.Org: text © owner.
"Sir, I have a question. So you're about to become the seventh supreme god, right? Do you have any
idea who the sixth supreme god is?" a curious person in the crowd asked.
"Yes, that's a great point. Sir, has the human race really produced the sixth supreme god?"
Everyone quieted down, eager to know the answer.
Heath didn't answer. Instead, he looked at the ancestor. He was silently gesturing for the ancestor's
approval. Was he allowed to disclose that person's identity?
"You may tell them. Anyway, the major crisis of our human race is nigh, and it's time for them to know,"
the ancestor replied calmly.
"I understand." Heath nodded respectfully. He cleared his voice before he spoke.
"Our human race indeed has the sixth supreme god." Heath answered everyone's question in a
confident and impeccable tone.
There was indeed a sixth supreme god! The crowd fell silent, dumbstruck at the knowledge.
"His name is Shipley," continued Heath.
"What? Shipley? Who's that?"
"I've never heard of this person. Is he really the sixth supreme god?"
Everyone turned to each other in confusion, all wondering who Shipley was.
"Of course! It's him!" Lord Feng murmured.
"Finley, you know of this Shipley?" Heath flew over and landed directly next to Lord Feng.
In order to show his respect for the powerful man, Lord Feng cupped his hands to salute him and said,
"I'm not sure if it's really him, actually. You see, many years ago, when I first entered the Primitive
Wilderness, I received guidance from a powerful master. His name was Shipley. If my memory serves
me right, he possessed a mysterious skill, 'Mysterious Tribulation', which could shake the heavens and
the earth and even break through the universe."
"You're quite the lucky one! I'm certain that the one who helped you before is the sixth supreme god,
Shipley," said Heath.
When Lord Feng met Shipley, he felt that he was an immensely powerful individual, but it never
crossed his mind that the man was actually a supreme god. Moreover, he was a mystery supreme god
of the human race!
It all seemed to be unreal.
In the history of the human race, there had only been five supreme gods and one invincible Defiant
Master. Each of them had left a heavy mark in the history of the human race. They were the shining
talents of their era, known to all.
However, it seemed that no one knew about Shipley.
"Mr. Heath, why did Supreme God Shipley choose to hide his identity?" someone asked in confusion.
"It's a long and complicated story. To put it short, at the moment Shipley became a supreme god, he
made a wrong move and caught the attention of the nine chief gods, so he had to hide himself in order
to save his own life," said Heath.
"But he didn't have to hide before he became a supreme god, right? How come we never heard of this
name?"
"That's right. Even people with a little talent like Starry Sword and Finley have raised to fame among
the human race. Why didn't anyone know Supreme God Shipley when he was younger?"
Hearing this, Heath glanced at Lord Starry Sword and Lord Feng, and then smiled. "You all seem to be
dissatisfied with Starry Sword and Finley. In fact, their potential is not inferior to mine. They also have
the qualifications to break through to the level of the supreme gods in the future. Notice the people
behind me, as well. Among them are my seniors and my peers. They are all just as talented as I am.
It's by luck that I am where I am, so please don't question Starry Sword and Finley Feng.
As for never hearing about Supreme God Shipley, I have a question to give all of you in return. Before
the ancestor announced my existence, did any of you know who I was? Sometimes, the less people
know about something, the more precious it is. I believe you all understand."
After listening to his words, everyone understood two things. First, that Supreme God Heath seemed to
be very optimistic about Lord Starry Sword and Lord Feng's prospects as he acknowledged both of
them as his equals. Second, many of the real talents of the human race were actually concealing their
identities in order to avoid following the risky path of Supreme God Shipley!
Now, this begged an entirely new question from the eager crowd.
'Where is the sixth supreme god now? Is he still alive?'
"Sir, will Supreme God Shipley return? As you all may know, Darren is going to bring about a
catastrophe to the human race. We really hope that Supreme God Shipley will also return and watch
over this event. We hope you will both be the shining lights to guide the human race to safety."
"Ancestor, Mr. Heath, please invite Supreme God Shipley to preside over the overall situation.
Otherwise, it will be nearly impossible for the human race to survive this oncoming disaster."
