Anna felt her stomach turn when she saw Bryan's loving declaration on television.

Over on the phone, Jamie's cutesy grumbling continued. "My dear, are you even listening?"

A crying voice came soon after. "My dear... I need you"

Anna felt goosebumps again and rolled her eyes." What's wrong?"
