Heart 113
Chapter 113 [Atlas]
I know that I don't deserve her, but she is in my arms and I do not plan to let her go.
"You are my family now," I hold her close to me. My wife. My son. My everything.
"Well, he is," she laughs, rubbing her cute little belly. "There is no denying that. But you and I," she looks
away.
My heart drops into my stomach. "Cordelia," my stomach is nervous. Why does she make me so crazy, this auburn-haired girl with the bright green eyes? I can run a company, but I cannot master my feelings when I am around her. She makes me feel everything. And it's terrifying. Because if I can love her this fiercely, that means I could mourn her just as much.
She turns her head towards me and I can see that she is struggling too. I wish I could take her far away from here and keep her to myself without worrying about anyone or anything else.
"Don't you get it yet, you silly woman," I bend down and kiss her pouty lips. "I love you, Cordelia," I wipe away her tears with my thumbs. "I think I've loved you for a long time, although I was too stubborn to admit it. You are my family too. You always will be. Even if you decide you can't be with me and you need to love someone else, I..." my words are caught in my throat. Why is this so hard to say?
"Atlas," she looks so lost and frightened. Placing her forehead on mine, she whispers. "I don't want anyone else. I think I love you too."
When our lips touch, everything comes to the surface. Every fear, every hope. As her arms wrap around me, I pull her in closer, placing each of her legs on either side of me, getting lost in her kisses and the way she feels against my chest.
"Cordelia," I moan against her lips as her hands travel along my shoulders and arms as she leans into our kiss. "Please stay with me," I beg, as I kiss my way down her neck. "Stay with me tonight."
She lets her kisses do the talking for her as she captures my lips, her hands finding their way into my shirt. "Yes, Atlas," she unbuttons my shirt. "I want to know what it feels like to love you. I want to feel everythingContent is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
I..."
Placing my hands under her rear, I lift us both off of the couch. Cordelia wraps her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck as I kiss her lips and her face. Pressing her up against the wall, my mouth moves lower, and I bite the outside of her lace bra. She arches her back screaming my name.
"Too much?" Her reaction was so strong. Did I hurt her?
"Dear God, no!" she pulls my head back to her breast. "Don't you dare stop!"
"Yes dear," I smirk as I return my attention to her beautiful breasts. As I nibble her engorged nipples through the rough lace, I delight at how her body reacts so greedily to my touch. As her nails rake across my back I am filled with a need to see more of her, to feel and be felt by her.
"Cordelia," I try to speak between kisses, but I am finding it harder and harder to concentrate. "Do you want, can we...?" I stop, pulling away enough to see her face. "Cordelia, I want to take you to bed now. I want to see your face next to mine when the sun rises. I want to feel you next to me and know that you
are there. Just one night. That's all I'm asking for. "I feel so faint. What if she says no? "Will you let me?"
She blinks up at me, panting, trying to catch her breath "Are you kidding me, Atlas," she gasps. "Isn't it obvious?"
"I need to hear you say it, Cordelia." I fight to keep myself from kissing her beautiful lips, from ravishing her breasts and her body. I want her so badly, but only if she wants me too. I don't want to take anything from her that she isn't willing to give. "I don't want there to be any confusion or regret. If you want to stop, we can stop and I will understand I...,
"Atlas," she smiles. "I want this. Please. I want you to make love to me and this time, I want to remember every moment."
