Chapter 1170 Pranking Lincoln
Chapter 1170 Pranking Lincoln
Lincoln felt a pang in his heart as he watched the villagers divide his money. However, he could only helplessly watch because he feared Alex.
“Young man, can you let me go now?” Lincoln asked bitterly.
Alex did not let go of Lincoln’s hand. Instead, he took a pill from the bottle and commented, “Lincoln, you said this pill you produced would not harm the human body, but how do I know if that is true?”
“It’s really not harmful. It’s just like you said before-made of flour, honey, and coloring,” Lincoln explained frustratedly.
Alex shook his head. “I don’t believe you. What if the pill you produced actually kills someone? It doesn’t feel right to let this go so easily.”
Lincoln thought Alex was being unreasonable. He rolled his eyes at Alex, took the pill from his hand, and swallowed it.
“See! Even I dare to eat it, so there really is nothing wrong with it. Can you let me go now?” Lincoln opened his mouth wide to show he had already swallowed the pill.
He specially created that pill. It could be consumed like candy since it was impossible to cause any harm to the body.
Alex’s lips curved into a grin when he saw Lincoln had indeed swallowed the pill. He raised his brows and asked, “Is it truly harmless to the human body?”
Lincoln noticed the expression on Alex’s face and immediately realized that he had just fallen for the latter’s underhanded tactics. That pill had been tampered with by Alex.
He wanted to spit out the pill, but it had already dissolved and been absorbed by his stomach, making it impossible to puke it out.
“What… what did you do to this pill?” Lincoln snapped at Alex.
He would’ve given the young man before him a good beating if he were stronger and more capable. He’s too cunning. I didn’t even see it coming.
“Nothing much. You’ll just have diarrhea for a month. I believe this one-month period will help you. realize the mistakes you’ve made,” Alex uttered calmly before he left.
Alex had just taken a few steps when Lincoln suddenly clutched his stomach and cried out in pain, followed by a series of farting sounds.
“Oh, dear! Oh, dear! I can’t take it anymore! My stomach is killing me! Does anyone know where the restroom is?” Lincoln desperately searched for a restroom as his stomach grumbled.
In the end, he couldn’t find the restroom and soiled his pants. It was embarrassing and unpleasant.
Although he had distributed the money he had swindled, many people still spat and threw rotten leaves at
him.
Lincoln wanted to fight back, but the intense pain in his stomach left him with no time to deal with those people.
The
power
of the laxative was so strong that even he, a second-phase Grandmaster, suffered greatly from it. Lincoln couldn’t help but curse inwardly. After all, he still had to endure it for an entire month.
It’s all because of that guy. Alex. He’s the reason I’ve fallen from being a respected master to this miserable state. Just you wait. If you fall into my hands one day in the future, I’ll definitely make you pay.
The Venenum Clan was famous for their expertise in poisonous insects. A special breeding ground for such insects had been established in the deepest part of the alley. It was considered the Venenum Clan’s Holy Land. © 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.
Those poisonous insects required unique ingredients for nourishment, but those ingredients were not children’s internal organs as used by Kate. Using those ingredients was a perverse type of dark skill used to accelerate the growth of the poisonous insects and make them more ferocious and destructive in power.
Alex had arrived at the innermost part of the village. The people there were quite different from those he had encountered previously. There was no such thing as the flu in the inner part of the village.
It seemed that the previous flu outbreak might have been artificially created. Even if Alex had figured that out, he had no time to worry about it now. His current priority was to find the medicine that would save Emmalyn.
Suddenly, Alex saw an event was taking place not too far from him. Driven by curiosity, he decided to head over to take a closer look.
He was surprised when he saw clearly what it was. What an eye-opening experience!
