“That’s not important… First you tell me, who the fuck hurt her shoulder like this…”

Skyler growled.

“She got hurt while training… She couldn’t continue practice that’s why she decided to come to you… I’ll talk to her later…”

Jackson lied and disconnected the call.

Skyler clenched his jaw and put the phone down. He looked at his wife who was snuggling closer to him.

“What did you do, Rosa?”

She was moaning in pain and he couldn’t make her stop. He held her gently while caressing her. He sighed in relief when she stopped and fell asleep.

He Groaned when his phone rang.

“Hello?”

“Sky… Where are you?… Everything is done, you guys need to leave in two hours… Aren’t you excited for your honeymoon…”

His mother asked.

Skyler closed his eyes frustratingly.

“Of course mom… We are coming…”

He tried to sound normal.

“Can you pack Rosetta’s bags too, she is busy with me in office…”

“Of course… Why not?”

Sarah said happily.

Skyler disconnected the call and Smirked looking at Rosetta.

“No work for a week my dear wife… It will be fun to see your reaction when you will wake up…”

He chuckled.

After finishing his work skyler took Rosetta and head towards the airport. Everyone was looking at him as he carried Rosetta in his arms.

He took Rosetta to his private jet. All staff were looking at him shocked and amused. They have never seen their boss carrying some girl like a baby.

Skyler was behaving like she is made up of glass, he was too gentle. He placed her on the bed and covered her with bedsheet.

After few hours they landed in Italy and he took her home where they were going to stay for a week.

It was villa resting on the side of beautiful ocean. Skyler took her to his room and ordered maids to change her clothes.

He freshen up and went to the bed but his eyes fell on Rosetta. Maids has changed her into silky pajama shorts. It was doing nothing to hide her body. Top has rode upward showing her beautiful belly.

Skyler cleared his throat and looked away. Her every action was tempting him, Even if she does it unknowingly.

He sat beside her and fixed her dress.

“What are you doing to me Rosa?… This is not right… You are distracting me. I can’t walk on my father’s path…”

He caressed her hair.

“I am scared… Scared that you will attract the beast inside me. I don’t want to become like my father. I can’t…. I was running away from this my whole life…”

He sighed.

“We need to stay away from each other, No matter how much I desire you. I can’t let my lust win…”

Skyler is aware that he is attracted towards Rosetta. He has hint that if it gets fuelled then his feelings might turn into something dangerous. He aware that he is like his father, face, voice, behavior, mind and personality and this is what Skyler hates the most. He doesn’t want to become like his father. He doesn’t want his life to be fucked up like his parents.

Till now he kept himself distracted from this feeling but Rosetta is testing his patience. No matter how much he tries, he can’t control himself around her.

Warm sunlight graced the bedroom chasing the darkness away. It fell on Rosetta’s beautiful face bringing her back to life.

She opened her beautiful honey eyes lazily.

She stretched her Limbs lazily after peacefull sleep of 18 hours. She looked around to find herself in unfamiliar room. It was kind of similar to skyler’s bedroom but comparatively small.

Skyler came out of the washroom at the same and looked at her.

“Rise and shine sweetheart”

He chuckled.

Rosetta who was sitting lazily and confused by her surroundings looked at skyler. Her lazy eyes furrowed by looking at him.

He was only in towel which was hanging low on his waist. He was still wet. Her eyes roamed on his body. His hard and perfect muscle were drool worthy. Looked like God has carved every inch With leisure.

Skyler Smirked seeing that she is checking him out.

“Liked what you see or should I work harder…”

He teased.

Rosetta promptly looked away.

“Where are we?”

She asked in raspy morning voice.

“Italy for our honeymoon…”

He replied.

Rosetta’s eyes snapped towards him and she looked at him madly.

“What how could you?… And how dare you drug me?… You can’t dominate my life Skyler. Don’t forget our agreement…”

She said furiously while approaching him.

“Shh…”

Skyler placed his finger on her lips and cornered her against the wall.

“You look hot when you are angry so don’t do it now… I can’t take another cold shower…”

He whispered looking at her intently.

Rosetta sighed rolling her eyes.

“It’s not funny… I don’t like it. I can’t allow your interference in my life…”

She stated.

“I didn’t interfere”

Skyler kept his calm. His voice was gentle.

“I did what I had to do…”

He gently touched her shoulder and inspected it. Rosetta tried to push him away but he gave her warning look.

“Don’t… It’s a serious injury, let me see if you don’t want to see yourself in hospital..”

She stood there letting him do whatever he wants but his half naked body was making her feel weird and uncomfortable. She doesn’t want to see but eyes were wondering on his body again and again.

“I am fine… It’s not that serious..”

“Yeah, that’s why you were moaning in pain while night… I was holding you like a new born baby… You were in pain Rosetta and you are stupid to ignore this injuries, it can be fatal…”

He scolded.

Rosetta looked at him in disbelief. It was hard to believe that he took care of her. No one has done these kind of things for her.

“Why do you care?”

She mumbled making him look at him.

Skyler looked at her defeated.

“I’ll tell you when I will find out for myself…”

He sighed.

Rosetta cleared her throat and looked away but skyler grabbed her chin and made her look at him.

“This injury doesn’t look like accident Rosa. I am mafia and I break people’s bones like this so don’t even dare to lie… Tell me who did this?”

He asked firmly.

Her mind drifted towards the memory where the man with black mask did this to her. He was unstoppable. She couldn’t stand in front of him. She couldn’t find out who was he.

Skyler tilted her head up bringing her out of her world.

“I asked you something… Who did this?”

He demanded.
