~Juno’s POV~

I will forever be grateful to Rex. I’m not sure why he constantly refers to me as his wife. Regrettably, I have no sentiments towards men. My emotions perished with my son. I cannot give someone love if I am unable to love myself. I had let my son down. I am unworthy of happiness. I desired to pursue business studies but was unable to do so following the death of my son. I changed. Doctors were powerless to help him. In the future, I may be able to assist someone else in some small way. My driver told me that he had broken, so I went to find an empty spot while I waited for him to fix it.

I was staring out the enormous window. It was spacious and had an excellent view of the university. Something piqued my interest. When a crimson Lykan HyperSport rolled through the massive gates, the entire campus came to a complete standstill. It felt as if time had stopped, but only the car was moving at that point. Of course, the car was not the only thing that drew everyone’s attention, including mine. I stood there watching as a man stepped out of the car wearing sunglasses and a half-buttoned shirt. I felt like I was going to pass out.

What is the matter with me? Who is this man? Why does everything vanish when I stare deeply into those sunglasses he’s wearing?

Leaning against the car, the man crossed his hands across his chest. She examined the scene more closely but couldn’t make out who the gentleman was. Her phone displayed a text message.

My love, I’ll be waiting for you outside the facility.

Rex!

She examined him once more; it was indeed him.

Rex, my Rex. Is he really my Rex now? Why did I call him my Rex? Why? That is not acceptable, Juno. Men are evil. I tried so hard to convince myself.

~REX’S POV~

I entered the university gates. By the way, this is my university. It was founded 700 years ago by me. The Dean and Greta are the only ones who are aware of it. The majority of the lecturers are werewolves, with the few exceptions of human lecturers. I waited for my love while resting in the car as directed by No Name. The ladies were waving their tiny hands at me, and I returned the gesture.

Stop waving at ladies like an idiot. Reina would be incensed if she saw that. No name warned.

“You stated that I should be gentle.”

Yes, but be gentle with Reina. Leave the cheap ladies alone. Our objective is to wow our Reina. If you continue to wave at every girl you see, we might have to abort our mission.
