Energy Breaker was the second-transformation technique. Unlike Energy Slash, Energy Breaker was good at piercing through defenses from a distance. Its impact in close combat was just as formidable and nearly impossible to counter.

With a loud explosion, the terrifying energy blasted him away. He spewed a massive gush of blood mid-flight. His eyes widened with shock and disbelief.

Edwin was stunned by the scene unfolding before him. Despite the combined might of the three top masters, he couldn't believe Sebastian had seriously injured Julian and Bradley.

Sebastian's strength overwhelmed Edwin so much that he forgot to attack him. When Sebastian turned to face him, his heart skipped a beat and instinctively retreated.

Sebastian smirked coldly and raised his dagger again with a downward strike. Edwin's eyes widened in alarm. He quickly retreated and braced himself for the anticipated blow.

But to his surprise, Sebastian was only bluffing. With a swift motion, Sebastian turned on his heel and fled. Energy slash and Energy breaker were incredibly powerful techniques, but they drained a massive amount of spiritual energy. The two recent moves had depleted more than half of Sebastian's energy.

After the earlier battles, his reserves were nearly depleted. He barely had enough energy left to unleash another ultimate move.

Edwin was a powerhouse, and Sebastian knew that defeating him quickly was impossible. With his spiritual energy almost drained, he couldn't withstand a prolonged battle. So, his only option was to make a swift escape.

Edwin stood there stunned.

Julian hurriedly said, "Mr. Edwin, snap out of it! His energy is nearly depleted. This is the perfect chance to finish him off. Go after him now!"

Bradley chimed in, "He's right. That brat is on his last legs. If you hurry, you can kill him down without much effort."

Edwin hesitated and was wary that Sebastian might be feigning defeat. But as he thought it through, something didn't add up.

Seeing Julian and Bradley gravely injured, Edwin realized that if Sebastian had the strength to kill them, he wouldn't have fled. With this in mind, Edwin quickly set off in pursuit.

His earlier hesitation had given Sebastian a head start of several dozen feet. Yet, Edwin was confident that he would easily catch up because he knew Sebastian couldn't run fast.

When Sebastian ran into the forest, Edwin was right on his tail. Edwin gauged the distance and unleashed a deadly sword energy.

Sebastian had no choice but to turn around and fight. But with his spiritual energy nearly drained, his strikes and defenses were severely compromised.

He was losing ground against Edwin and retreating with each step. So, Sebastian seized an opportunity to escape. "You can't run forever. I suggest you surrender now. Maybe I'll spare your life," Edwin said.

Sebastian didn't trust Edwin's words. He knew that stopping meant that he would be killed.

While chasing Sebastian, Edwin suddenly slowed down and smiled mockingly.

Sebastian, who was sprinting at full speed, skidded to a sudden stop. Since a cliff was ahead, he knew that taking another step would send him over the edge.

He glanced down and saw that the drop was at least several dozen feet to the Abyss Sea below. Even though it was water, the fall from such height would be as deadly as hitting concrete. It would be a gruesome death.
