Rejected Luna Queen

Chapter 31

Neil’s POV

That Saturday morning. I woke up with a mix of excitement and nerves fluttering in my stomach, I dressed in hot pink yoga pants and a matching T–shin, pulling my hair into a high ponytail

I glanced at myself in the mirror, feeling a twinge of confidence. Today was my first driving lesson with Alpha Luca, and I wanted to be ready.

I made my way outside, the moming air was crisp and fresh Alpha Luca was already waiting by a deck, black SUV, leaning casually against the driver’s door. His eyes lit up when he saw me approaching.

“Good morning. Nesta,” he greeted his voice warm and inviting.

“Good morning” I replied, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks as his gaze lingered on ine

There was something about the way he looked at me that made me feel both shy and strangely elated. It is doing something to this my newfound confidence.

“You’re looking ready for action,” he said with a smile, his eyes taking in my outfit appreciatively

I laughed nervously, sucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear. “Yeals, I guess I am.”

He opened the passenger door for me, his gentlemanly manners making my heart flutter, Hop in. Let’s get started

I climbed into the SUV, the leather seats cool against my skin. Luca walked around to the driver’s side, his presence calm and reassuring. As he sented in next to me, I could feel the heat of his gaze again, making my pulse quicken.

“Okay, first things first” he began, his tone professional yet kind. “Let’s go over the basics. Adjust your seat and mirrors, make sure you’re comfortable.”

I followed his instructions, adjusting the seat until I could reach the pedals comfortably and tilting the mirrors to give me a clear view of the surroundings. All the while, I was acutely aware of Luca’s eyes on me, his attention unwavering.

“Good. Now, start the engine,” he instructed, his voice a steady guide.

1 turned the key, the engine roaring to life beneath my fingertips. I glanced at Luca, his approving smile making my heart skip a beat

Perfect. Now, put it in drive and let’s case out of the parking spot,” he said, his tone encouraging

I took a deep breath, gripping the steering wheel rightly. Slowly, I shifted into drive and gently pressed the gas pedal. The SUV moved forward smoothly, and I couldn’t help but smile with a mix of relief and pride.

“You’re doing great” Luca praised, his eyes never leaving me. “Just take it slow and steady”

We drove around the empty parking lot, Lisca guiding me through turns, stops, and starts. His calm demeanour and patient instructions made the experience less intimidating.

Every time I glanced at him, his encouraging smile and steady gaze filled me with confidence.

“You’re a natural,” he said after a while, his voice filled with genuine admiration.

I blushed again, feeling the warmth of his compliment. “Thanks. It’s not as scary as 1 thought it would be.”

He chuckled softly. “See I told you. You’ve got this, Nesta.”

As we continued the lesson, I found myself stealing glances at Luca. There was something about the way he looked at me that made me feel special, like I was the only person in the world.Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

His attention, his confidence in me, and his unwavering support were all things I had never experienced before, and I found myself cherishing every moment

By the end of the lesson, I was driving more confidently, the initial nerves replaced by a sense of accomplishment. Luca directed me back to the starting point, his smile never wavering.

That was fantastic, Nesta,” he said as I parked the SUV. 1 knew you could do it.”

“Thanks to you,” I replied, feeling a sense of gratitude and something more, something deeper.

I got out of the SUV, Luca’s eyes followed me, making my heart fluiter once again. Despite my shyness, I found myself liking his attention, craving even. There was something about Alpha Luca that made me feel seen appreciated, and valued.

After the exhilarating driving lesson with Alpha Loca, I hurried back to my room to prepare for the lunch gathering. Knowing it was going to be with Alpha Loca, Elara, and the other pack members, I wanted to dress nicely.

I rummaged through my closet, searching for the perfect outfit that would make me feel confident and look my best. I don’t know why I don’t want to ask myself why

1 finally settled on a knee–length, forest green dress that complimented my pale skin and brought out the blue in my eyes. The dress had delicate lace detailing around the neckline and sleeves, giving it an elegant yet youthful touch.

I paired it with simple black flats and a silver necklace that Elara had given me. As a final touch, I let my blonde hair fall in loose waves around my shoulder

Looking in the mirror, I felt a mix of nervousness and excitement. This lunch was important, not just because it was a social gathering, but because it was with the people who had welcomed me into their park so warmly, I wanted to make a good impression

When I stepped out of my room, I found Elara waiting for me in the hallway. Her eyes lit up when she saw me

“You look amazing. Nesta!” she exclaimed, giving me a quick hug.

“Thanks, Elara,” I replied, feeling a bit shy but pleased with her compliment.

We made our way to the dining hall, where the rest of the pack members were already gathered. The room was filled with laughter and chatter, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Alpha Luca stood by the head of the table, looking as handsome and commanding as ever. When his eyes landed on me, he smiled, making my heart skip a beat.

“Welcome, Nesta,” he said warmly as Elara and I approached. “Come, have a seat”

I took a seat beside Eltra, with Alpha Laica on my other side. Across from me were the beta and his mate, both in friendly and relaxed.

“So, Nesta, how are you finding it here so far?” Marcus asked, his tour granncly curious

“It’s been wonderful” I replied, aniling. “Everyone has been so kind and welcoming

I’m glad to hear that, Laly said, her eyes tinkling. “We’re all very happy to have you here.”

Elara chimed in. “Nesta is a fast learner. She’s been doing great with her lessons”

“That’s impressive,” the gamma, Ethan, added. “I remember my first days here. It took me a while to adjust

His mate, Emily, nodded in agreement. But you’ll find your place here. Nesta. We all did.”

1fch a warmth spread through me at their encouraging words. The camaraderie and support of this pack were unlike anything I had experienced before.

As the lunch continued. I couldn’t help but glance at Alpha Luca. He seemed to be observing me with a mix of pride and something else I couldn’t quite place. Whenever our eyes met he would give me a reassuring smile, making me feel more at ease.

By the time we finished eating, I felt a deep sense of belonging. This pack, with its kind–hearted members and welcoming atmosphere, was becoming my home.

And as I looked around the table at the smiling faces of my new family, I felt a surge of gratitude and hope for the future. I think this is where I belong all along
