Only Eric and H remained in the room. 

H didn’t look at Eric’s expression. Instead, he removed the silver needles from his pocket and lifted Eric’s pant leg to begin needle therapy. 

Eric’s leg still had wounds, looking rather grim and terrifying, but H acted as if he didn’t see them. He meticulously inserted needles into Eric’s leg.
