Barclay sent his location to Nydia.

Nydia called Willette.

“Sis, just now my brother-in-law called me, he seems to be drinking alone, did something happen between you guys?”

“He had an intimate relationship with his secretary and I caught him.” Willette’s tone was not good, indicating that she was really angry.

“What? Wasn’t it designed by you, sis?”

Willette sneered, “I didn’t need to design anything.”

Nydia smirked, everything was under her control. She knew that Barclay was a philanderer and had asked Willette to keep an eye on him, and she was sure that something would be found out. They had already started fighting each other.

“Sis, will anything happen if my brother-in-law drinks alone now? Do you want to go and check on him?”

“I’m not going!”

“What if something happens?”

After a pause, Willette said, “Nydia, can you help me check on him? Just call a designated driver for him, you don’t need to take care of him much, just send him home. Please.”

After hanging up the phone, Nydia was not in a hurry. She first went to Jesse’s study.

“There’s something I need to report to you.”

Jesse frowned slightly.

“Barclay had an intimate relationship with his secretary and was caught by Willette. He’s drinking alone and asked me to go over. I called Willette, and she asked me to go and call a designated driver for him and send him home.”

Nydia stood in front of him and could clearly see his face darken inch by inch.

After a while, he spoke, “You can go.”

His voice was like the north wind in the dead of winter, cold to the bone.

“Can I borrow your assistant? Let him accompany me.”

Jesse raised his eyebrows, obviously Nydia’s words were not what he expected.

“Vergil, come in.”

The assistant immediately opened the door and came in. “Boss, what can I do for you?”

“Go out with my wife and listen to her instructions.”

The assistant was surprised, but he didn’t show it. “Okay.”

Jesse’s willingness made Nydia very happy. Now her relationship with Jesse was developing in a good direction.

“I’ll go change my clothes first.”

Nydia went back to the bedroom and changed into a long-sleeved shirt and pants, not looking like she was going to a nightclub.

The assistant drove, and she sat in the back seat.
