Purchased A Mr. Right

Chapter 1775

Chapter 1775

Tina turned around and stopped a taxi, rushing to the studio in the south of the city.

Out of the elevator, she headed straight for Susan's office. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

Susan was pacing quickly back and forth in her room, clutching her short hair from time to time, looking very anxious.

Tina knocked on the door and came in. "What happened?"

Seeing her, Susan immediately turned around to her desk. "Tina, take a look at this first!"

"A magazine?" Tina was surprised.

It was an abroad magazine about fashion design.

They had read a lot of similar monthly magazines, so Tina didn't understand what she meant.

Tina opened it. As she had expected, it was a book full of information about fashion design and some excellent fashion-design works.

She was puzzled. "Is there anything special about this magazine?"

With a haunted look in her eyes, Susan said, "Open it and read the 15th page!"

Tina did as she said.

Her eyes suddenly widened.

Her face paled."... How could this be?!"

She looked at the magazine in disbelief. "How could my works be published on this?"

The works on the magazine were very similar to her works for the fashion show. Honestly, except for some details, the rest were all the same.

Susan's voice became even more solemn. "Tina, see the release date of this magazine!"

"..." Tina's face turned ashen.

It was published one year ago.

Susan looked serious. "This magazine was published a year ago. What's worse, the works on it were the same as yours!"

Tina bit her lip and said earnestly, "I haven't read this magazine before. I didn't use it as a reference, not to mention copy it. I drew all the designs myself. Please believe me!"

Susan held her shoulder. "I've always trusted your ability. I know you're a talented designer with the basic moral bottom line. But..."

"But if you participate in the fashion show, others may find this magazine and expose it to the public. It will be a scandal that takes our studio down. Besides, you'll be accused of plagiarism and may never be accepted as a designer!"

Susan was on her side.

Since they met, she watched her win the Grand Fashion Design Contest championship and recognized her ability. She trusted her.

Susan had always thought that she was a talented

designer. Also, she trusted her judgment, but now...

Tina's throat tightened as she asked, "Can you get in touch with this designer?"

Susan rubbed her temples, trying to calm down, and shook her head. "I tried to get in touch with the designer but failed. The designer is a foreigner, and the magazine was from broad. So, it's challenging to look into this matter carefully!"

Tina's heart sank.

Her hands clenched tightly with drops of sweat dripping between her fingers.

For a designer, being accused of copying was the biggest insult. Tina would never do such disgraceful things.

To be a great fashion designer was Tina's lifelong dream. She had always held the most enthusiastic and respectful attitude to her career.

She knew very well that she did not copy.

But now, the truth was there. In the face of irrefutable evidence, Tina had no way to clarify the coincidence, no matter how innocent she was.

Susan heaved a long sigh. "The most important thing right now is that we have only three days left before the fashion week. According to the current situation, we can only accept our bad fate and swallow the fact - your works can't show up at the show..."

Tina pursed her lips tightly.

Both of them fell into silence. The atmosphere in the studio was highly depressing.

When the phone rang, Tina took it out mechanically and put it beside her ear. "Hello?"

Wilson's sonorous voice came from the phone. "Why didn't you come to the hospital? Little lazy piggy, are you still sleeping?"

Wilson had to meet an important client from abroad, so he went to the airport to pick him up early in the morning to talk about business.

When he got up, he didn't wake her up.

After finishing his work, he came to the hospital and found that she had not come yet. He thought that she was still in the No.1 Luxurious Residence. If so, he'd like to go back and enjoy some intimate time with her.

Tina muttered, "No..."

Wilson, sensitive enough, immediately noticed that something was wrong. "Tina, what's up?"

Tina looked down in low spirits. "Wilson, something bad happened to me! I'm afraid that I can't participate in the fashion week with my works. They are almost the same as those on a design magazine published one year ago...."

Wilson said, "It must be a coincidence!"

Tina was stunned and couldn't help asking, "Do you believe that I didn't copy?"

Wilson said in a low voice, "Of course! Tina, you will never do that!"

His words touched Tina's sinking heart, bringing her warmth and comfort.

With the firm trust of her lover, Tina gained a lot of power. She sighed softly. "The works in the magazine are almost the same as mine. If I bring my design to the show, people will find it out sooner or later. By then, it will be hard to explain!"

Wilson kept silent for a while and asked, "Are you going to give up?"

Tina clenched her fists. "I don't want to give up!"

Wilson laughed and said, his voice calm and full of pride. "What do you need me to do for you? If you want, I can buy all the magazines published in the whole world and take them back!"

Tina shook her head. "No..."

She believed that she could do it, but there would also be risks in doing so.

This magazine was published a year ago. It would be very difficult to collect and buy all of them. If anyone kept one, it could be a ticking bomb.

Moreover, she did not want to do this. It was more like they were doing it out of guilt.

Wilson thought for a while and said, "Then what should you do? The fashion show is coming soon, and there's no time for you to do it all over again!"

Tina was silent for a moment and said hesitantly, "It may be possible..."

"What do you mean?" Wilson asked.

Tina told him, "When I was preparing for the fashion show, my original intention was to integrate my works with the quintessence of the country. I drew a lot of drafts and asked Malee to help me seek the cooperation of a master painter.

However, though the master later accepted her visit, he did not agree to cooperate with us!

"If the master agrees, then combined with my previous inspiration, I will make another set after working overtime for a few days..."

Wilson asked, "A painting master? Which one?"

Tina said, "Master Willard, Mason Willard, you must have heard of him, right? It's a pity that he said that he would never cooperate with a designer!"

Hearing this, Wilson chuckled and said, "Master Willard? Leave this to me. I can persuade him!"

Tina blinked her eyes.

Although she doubted that, she smiled.

Then she frowned again and said with a worried look, "Even if he agrees, it will take time to make the clothes..."

The show required finished products made according to the design drawings. There were models displaying them on the show.

Wilson still said, "Leave this to me too!"

Then he asked Tina to wait for the news and hung up the phone.

Tina waited in fidgets.

It was near evening when Wilson strode to the studio.
