Chapter 12 Let’s get married
“What the hell is going on here” a loud voice thundered as everyone stopped in their tracks.
“Sir this impudent woman is creating a scene here and has refused to leave” the secretary reported as Rowan inhaled deeply before averting his gaze to Adia.
“Flora what the hell is wrong with you?” He cursed as Flora stared at him wondering what she must have done wrong.
“Sir I..”she stammered as she was speechless because she wasn’t aware of what she must have done wrong.
“Just shut up, do you know who the hell is she, am so sorry miss Adia, I’ll take you to Sebastian right away, and you..” he yelled pointing at a shivering flora and the security guards.
“Prepare your resignation letter, you’re fired, Cole I’ll leave that to you” he said referring to his assistant Cole as Flora fell on her knees together with the security guards begging for forgiveness but was ignored by Rowan, who has already turned to Adia.
“Please I’ll lead the way Adia” Rowan gestured as Adia muttered a thank you as she flashed him a little smile.
She has seen him somewhere she thought as she remembered seeing him face somewhere. ‘the hotel’ she said to herself as she finally realized where she had met him.

“Good day sir, ma’am” Sebastian secretary Laura bowed as Rowan and Adia approached Sebastian’s office.
“Where’s Sebastian?” “He went for a meeting, he’ll probably be back in thirty minutes” Laura answered as Rowan modded.
“Alright then, I’ll leave Adia to you, Adia this’s Laura, I’m currently going somewhere so you’ll wait for Sebastian in his office, Laura Will tend for you if you need anything” Rowan stated as he was currently rushing to a meeting
“Laura” “ok sir, miss Adia will you please come along” Laura said as she led Adia into Sebastian’s office while Rowan left.
“Thanks” Adia muttered as they got into the office. “You’re welcome ma’am, so you need anything” Laura offered with a kind smile on her face.
“No thank you” Adia declined as Laura nodded.
“Ok, but don’t hesitate if you need anything, sir Sebastian will soon be here, I’ll get going now” Laura bowed as she left the office.
Moments after Laura left, Adia took her time to look around the exquisite office which was painted with all white, a huge table with a bunch of files on it and CEO Sebastian Hunters was written on the above the desk.
Adia waited for another five minutes before she decided to pick up a book to read.

“We meet again, I never thought we would ever meet” Sebastian said in scarscam as he walked over to Adia, his sexily built body towering above her as Adia gulped hard.
“Same here” Adia answered as she slightly pushed him, getting away from him.
“I see you came, I was right after all” he added as he walked over to his chair to sit, as his strong perfume wafted through Adia’s nose.
“Well I’ll accept the proposal in return you help my sister, she’s dying” Adia slowly said as Sebastian nodded meaningfully.
“Here, sign this, that’s the contract” he threw some papers to her with a pen as she read through it.
“I’ll leave after bearing the child so this contract only strands for a year, I see” Adia read quietly as the thought of leaving her child with him somehow broke her heart but there was nothing she could do about it.
She signed the papers as she handed it over to Sebastian.
“Done, when will my sister start getting treatment”
“Immediately, infact they’ve already started with the treatment”
“You’re a sly fox you know, what if I decided to change my mind?”; Adia asked as Sebastian chuckled inwardly.
“Then I’ll tell the doctors to finish her off, that wouldn’t be a problem will it?” He asked raising a brow at her as Adia glared hard at him.
“Come on let’s go” he said in an ordering tune as he got from his chair.
“Go where?” Adia asked staying alert ‘were is this manic taking me now?’ she asked herself as Sebastian motioned for her to lead the way.
As they both walked down to the elevator, Adia could feel piercing eyes on her, if eyes could kill she was sure she would be long dead because of the deadly gaze coming from Sebastian female workers.
They were probably wondering who the lady with their handsome boss was.
“But where are we going to?” Adia asked curious as they stepped into the elevator.
“To get married” came the Curt reply from Sebastian as Adia signed.

“Awwn, such a cute couple”
“I Know right, they look so good together”
“He’s so handsome and she’s pretty too”
Sebastian rolled his eyes as he heard those comments, he just wanted all this to get done with. They were currently in the court registry to get a marriage register done.
“Here sir the certificate is done sir, you can now take your beautiful wife home, I wish you both the happiest marriage life” the man sincerely wished as Adia smiled at him muttering a thank you.

“Where are we heading now?” Adia asked Sebastian as they just left the registry.
“I’m taking you to you to the hospital, tomorrow I’ll send someone to come pick you up” Sebastian answered as Adia inhaled sharply.
She was gonna start a new life now and just hoped she would be able to adapt.
Adia was fully aware that there’s not gonna be a romantic relationship between them, he literally married her because of the child, he’s rich so he’s gonna need a heir.
Adia just felt this as she took a good look at his face, looked so alluring and mystical at the same time.
“You can stop staring now don’t worry you’ll get enough of me when we get married hmm” Sebastian mischievously said as Adia gave him a ‘ in your dreams’ look as she removed her gaze from his face.
