Pregnant after One Night With The Vampire

Cora leaped in the woods angrily as what conspired earlier with Evans really infuriated her.

She told Adia she was gonna get some groceries, she just wanted to vent out her anger.

She punched a tree angrily while cursing at Evans. Blood started dripping from her hands but her wounds healed quickly, this was the only thing she could do to ease her anger, as leaped away to another part of the forest.

“Fuck, damn it” she cursed through gritted teeth as her blouse got stuck in a tree branch.

“Careful there Arthur” a sweet tiny voice spoke from behind her as she turned swiftly only to find Kate.

“Kate” she muttered in anger.

“Hello there Cora, I never thought I would see you again”

“I mean ever since you left Britaris, I haven’t heard of you, you’re really good at hiding you know?” Kate commented playing with a strand of Cora’s hair, who couldn’t do anything but shoot daggers at her.

Kate’s a twilight vampire so if they fight Kate can easily win, and Kate wouldn’t hesitate to kill her.

“Needed some time for my self” Cora responded keeping a stoic face.

“Hmmm, I see ” Kate commented nodding continuously as if she was calculating something as she hovered around Cora.

“Oh poor Cora, I understood how you felt when Arion choose me over you and then I choose Sebastian over him, and then Sebastian choose Aisling over me, what an irony” Kate laughed out hard like a maniac as Cora cursed herself for being unlucky today, first it was the pervert of a brother now it’s the sister who behaves like a maniac.

“What do you want?, cut to the chase Kate”

“Come on Cora, no need to get all riled up, we’re not enemies remember, infact your family will forever remain indebted to the Montenero’s for giving them immortality” Kate stated referring to when the Montenero’s turned the Arthur’s into vampires.

“Oh how time flies” Kate continued.

“Whatever I came to you for something else, I’m searching for a certain someone” Kate said as Cora became curious or has she found out about Adia.

“I can’t help you Cora” Cora spat attempting to walk away but was held back by Kate.

“Yes you can, infact you’re the closest to the person I need to find”

“I said I can’t help”

“And I said you can, look few days ago, I went to the hospital to visit my dear brother and found out about something intriguing” Kate explained, cora immediately began to get nervous, what if she knows about Adia already.

She tried to maintain her composure and play along and find out what she knows.

“What did you find?” Cora asked anxiously.

“Wow, seems like someone is starting to want to talk to me, I thought you wanted to leave a moment ago” Kate sarcastically said as Cora glared at her.

“Whatever, as I was saying, I found a girl who Sebastian claimed to be his wife”

“Wife!!!” Cora exclaimed Feigning ignorance, so Kate won’t get suspicious.

“See, I can’t believe it also” Kate stated rolling her eyes.

“So I was forced to do some digging and found something very interesting, her name is Adia peters and she’s your best friend, I went to her place and found it empty, since you’re her only friend, you’re the only one I can come to, so here’s the deal” Kate smiled devilishly as she arranged Cora’s collar.

“Find me Adia peters” Kate ordered in a menacing tone as her eyes flashed red before returning to it’s normal colours.

Cora gulped nervously, knowing Kate is serious this time.

“Well sorry to inform you, Adia moved out of town, two days ago” Cora said trying to stay calm.

“Out of town, then why would Sebastian say she is his wife?” Kate asked creasing her brows.

“To make you jealous of course, look Adia is just one of Sebastian’s toys and she was compelled to leave the city” cora uttered trying to sound convincing at least she’s not yet aware of the pregnancy.

“Why will Sebastian try to make me jealous?” Kate asked again as Cora grunted in her mind wondering when it turned to a friendly chat.

“Because he obviously hates you and will never like you” Cora responded trying to add salt to the wound.

She will love to see Kate hurt cause it suits her.

“Oh shut up, at least am no running around like an obsessed fool, I don’t get why you take out your misery on me, it was never my fault that Arion liked me, you never stopped chasing after him, then all of a sudden you started screwing my dearest brother, you’re such a cheap slut” Kate said as her lips curved up.

Cora thinks she could get to her.

“And also…” Kate was interrupted as Cora sudden banged her on the trees, resulting in some branches falling.

“How dare you?” Cora asked baring her fangs at her.

“Oh come on Cora, it isn’t bad to go about sleeping with someone who doesn’t even like you, you were just catching fu…”

Kate was interuptted again but this time with a punch from Cora, splitting her lips in two. Cora was fully aware that she was playing with fire and Kate would easily finish her, but she couldn’t contain her anger.

The Montenero’s fucking talks too much and are all annoying.

Kate laughed loud sarcastically licking the blood on her lips as her wound healed up.

“You know I can snap your neck in two and kill you right now, but I will not” Kate said with a note of finality as she attacked Cora from no where and threw her to the ground roughly.

“At least not now” Kate smacked her lips shrugging her shoulders, she walked up to Cora who was lying on the ground and squatted beside her.

“I know that girl is in this city and you’re hiding her, so I won’t kill you now, I need to find her and you’re my only key in finding her, so till then stay safe, hmm and don’t think you can hide her forever” Kate warned patting Cora’s head as her lips curved up in mischief.

“See ya soon Arthur” she waved before she drizzled away like a ghost.

“Damn it, damn you to hell Kate” Cora cursed getting back on her feet.

She needs to meet with Sebastian immediately, Kate is already suspicious and she won’t sit back till she gets what she wants.
