Adia laughed out loud hard, Sebastian’s actions amusing her,
“Alright chef Sebastian, let’s see what you have to offer”she giggled watching him patiently, he brought out some potatoes, putting them in the sink before washing out the dirt’s, after that, he started peeling off the potatoes skillfully,
“You’re quite good at this..” she confessed, watching how he peeled off the potatoes, as if he has been doing this for ages,
“I’m learning..” he chuckled,
“This is your first time cooking , right?” She questioned,
“Yeah..” he responded,
“Wow, you’re good…” she said nodding meaningfully,
“That means I don’t need to worry about my meals anymore, you’ve got that right?”
“Sure, practice makes perfect..”

“Hmmm, it smells good..” Adia inhaled deeply, relishing the sweet smell of mashed potatoes and gravy,
“It tastes even better..” Sebastian stated, serving some plates in front of her, which contained the food he made for Adia.
“Have a taste..” he motioned sitting beside her, the house is small, so there’s no room for a dining table.
“I will..” Adia giggled picking up a spoon, having a taste of the mashed potatoes.
“Wow!!!” She exclaimed,
“Wow, Seb, this tastes really good..” she confessed,
“And this is your first try, hmm..” she has another taste again, it really tasted good, the flavors fell right in place, one might actually think a renowned chef made it, how can he be so good.
“You’re really good Seb” she praised, mouthful,
“Definitely, I’m good at everything..” he said proudly,
“I don’t think I’ll ever stop eating this..” Adia confessed, taking spoonfuls of the food Sebastian made her, honestly she didn’t expect his meal to come out so good, she’ll never get enough of his food, then, if that’s the case.

Monica walked along the hallways after having a long chat with her mother, these days she’s usually around her mother, as Adia is not in the house anymore, meaning there’s no one for her to chat with, and she doesn’t have any friends around her too, she can’t even talk of saying in her fake room, Ace’s presence is overbearing and suffocating, she can’t stand him at.
She hardly stays in the room, and stays with her mother in the maid quarters instead, just so to avoid him, during this short period of time, she has discovered a flaw in him, he’s a womanizer, and has basically fucked seventy percent of the young women here in britaris, and more women still flocks around him, he finds it very to keep his dick in place.
“Asshole..” she curses under her breath, as she headed for her supposed room, when did she even get into this kind of mess, how?, If only she had told Monica the truth, the moment Ace started slacking off, now he’s threatened her not to say anything to his mother, or she’ll see hell.
She was a few meters away from her supposed room, when she heard murmurs, due to her heightened senses she could hear quite well.
“Look at her..” she heard one of them say with a sneer, as her eyes traveled to where they stood.
Two female maids standing there, obviously talking about her, well they’ve been rumors for the past few days.
“So shameless…” she added again, looking at Monica straight in the eyes from where they stood, Monica finally understood what was going on, they’re only trying to get her attention and cause trouble for her, but that’s not going to happen, thankfully she knows how to deal with bitches like them.
She’ll just ignore, period.
“All because, the young master is fucking get, she thinks she’s on top of the world..” the maid spat, sending hateful glares at Monica, who just stood,
“I know right, she seems to have forgotten her place, Becky..” the second one spoke out loud.
“She seemed to have forgotten that she was just like us and her mother is still a maid, she’s only where she is today because of Master Sebastian’s wife, who has a soft spot for her…” Becky said out loud as Monica scoffed, Adia doesn’t even have anything to do with this.
“And to crown it all, master Ace, is still seeing other women…and I..”
“Hey you..” Monica called beckoning for the both of them to come forward, she has had enough.
“What is it?” Becky asked with a scornful look on her face, walking to Monica alongside her cohort.
“Shouldn’t you be working?” Monica squinted her eyes at them, she has a particular hatred for people who just can’t keep their mouth in place and mind their business.
“Answer me!!” Monica raised her voice a little seeing they were keeping her quiet, trying to act rude.
“And why should we do that?” Becky challenged as Monica smiled wryly, biting her lips slightly.
“I guess you don’t know who I am?” She began,
“And trust me, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell my boyfriend the stupid things you just said out of that gutter mouth of yours..” she threatened, really hating this moment, she just called Ace her boyfriend, that eww.
“You wouldn’t dare…” Becky stepped out in fright.
“Try me, I want to see you in the garden in ten minutes time, if you know you hate your self, try not to be there..” she stated, walking away, she can’t bear their annoying presence anymore, she’ll definitely punish them and teach them a lesson, so they won’t poke their noses anymore.
“Leeches..” she rolled her eyes, getting into her room, slamming the door behind her.
