The air around Adia was so suffocating, she felt her throat tightening, finding it difficult to breathe.

“I’m sorry if I made you angry” she managed to say,

“I just..” she was taken unaware by Sebastian who kissed her, cutting her short from saying anything further.

Adia’s eyes opened wide in surprise, shocked that he kissed her, but who was she to back down, she placed her hands on his neck kissing him back, feeling his sweet taste.

Earlier when Adia said those words, a wave of anger Sebastian haven’t felt before, just rushed into him, the fact that she’s actually going to die, if they don’t find a solution, angering him the most, if it was any other person with him at this moment, he could not promise, if the person would have made it out of his presence alive, but this is Adia we are talking about, he can, nor will ever hurt her again, or let anyone lay a finger on her.

Thinking of how to calm himself down, before he loses it, he tried kissing her, and it worked, his anger actually subsided, like she was his natural remedy, everything within him seemed to calm down.

“And I promise never to hurt you again” he added, suddenly regretting ever hurting her in the past, now he’s beginning to question himself, how he even thought of doing something like that, this is his Adia, she’s like a delicate flower to him, but he’ll make sure history never repeats itself, neither will he or anyone hurt her.

“I don’t know why you’re saying all these, but I believe you, Seb” Adia said, not removing her eyes from his, she has come to love his eyes, his gray orbs, are the most beautiful set of eyes she has ever seen.

” I Know” he breathed out,

” I love you, Seb, a lot” she confessed watching as his jaw worked, as if he was struggling with his words, this is the first time she has ever seen him struggle with words.

“You can’t Adia, you have to let go of your feelings,” he said to her in a low tone.

Adia signed heavily, she knew he was going to say this, he’ll either shove her off, or drive into another whole different topic.

“And that’s what I can’t do” she muttered with a sad look on her face.

“I’ve been trying so hard to hate, but I just can’t, so I guess, I’ll love you, don’t worry my love for you will be enough for the both of us, just promise never to leave me” she voiced out, caressing his cheeks softly, at least now, Sebastian allows her come close to him, and even touch him, that’s enough for her, as long as he holds her near, she’s fine, she’ll wait, until the day he finally reciprocates his feelings.

“The thing is Ad…” Adia knew what he was going to say, he’s going to try and discourage her, so before he could utter any more words, she leaned over and kissed him.

Her tongue found its way into his wickedly sweet mouth, as their tongues collided with each other, finally, she’s getting better in kisses, very soon, she’ll be a good kisser, very soon she’ll be able to meet up with the ferocity he uses in kissing her, just a few more kisses.

Her hands slid into his shirt, as she wanted to do more than just kiss him, sadly she’s pregnant, because she wanted him to do sinful things to her, but she can’t guarantee having sex when pregnant.

Breaking away from the kiss, she resorted to ask a question,

“Seb, can I ask you a question?” she asked, biting her lips.

Sebastian’s face wore a grin, as he moved his hands to her lower lips, releasing it from her teeth’s hold, as he ran his thumb through it.

“Stop abusing your lips, wife,” he said. I’m a dry seductive voice, that seemed to send butterflies in her tummy, he just called her wife, and Sebastian finally acknowledged her as his.

“It’s meant for me alone” he said, parting her lips, sliding his thumb into her mouth, Adia felt like she was on top of the world, his thumb inside her mouth was making her feel insane, what If they…she’ll just die.

“What’s your question?” He asked her, removing his thumb from her mouth.

“I’ll be going now,” he informed preparing to leave, but was held back by Adia,

“Don’t go” she muttered, scared that something might stir up in her again and she might lose it.

“I’m scared” she spoke out,

“I’m scared that my hallucinations might start again, it’s safer with you here” she added, still holding his hand, hoping he agrees to his demands.

“Alright, I’ll put you to sleep” he agreed, sitting at the bridge of the bed, he has to find Beau or the idiot will take forever to come.
