“What do you all say about this issue?” A man with golden hair, that stopped at his waist asked.

“No, the fact that these vile acts have been done by humans?”
Don’t you all see, we have bloodsuckers among us, they are Humans like us, the walk about looking for prey” he grunted angrily, he lost his wife to those monsters.
” The Vampires are deadly creatures,” another said,
” We have to do something about this, many will keep dying..”
” That’s not the problem now Henri,” a woman spoke out, referring to the golden-haired man.
” The problem now is how they came to exist, I’ve never come across the so-called Vampires all my life, until now” she added, the death rates of the villagers kept increasing, at first they all thought it was done by a wild animal, but when the matter kept on persisting, the came to know about the Vampires.

“Have you come across one before Celine?” Henri Asked.

” What did we do? I heard Moreau is One of them, but how did they come to acquire such powers?” Celine questioned, everyone here has lost a close one to the hands of the Vampires, all they did was go around feeding on people’s blood.
“Moreau Hunter!!” Henri exclaimed in shock, Moreau is Estelle’s lover and a human, when did he become a vampire overnight?

“I don’t think you guys should worry about that now” a man spoke out for the first time.
” How do you mean Pierre?” Andre queried, things are getting out of hand.
” Estelle La Fey, tell them what you told me..” he pointed out in a very deep voice, as three pairs of curious eyes stared at Estelle La Fey.
“Moreau came to my house the day before..” she began,
“What did he want?”
“Power, he knows about us witches, the Vampires want a place here” she informed.
” What do you mean?”
” They want a name as councils members, they said us witches cannot be the only ones who will have a say, they want equal power as well”
” Rubbish!!” Andre exclaimed, hitting the table hard.
” This is total nonsense,” he added.
” How did they come to acquire such power?”
” With the help of a witch..” Pierre responded as they all froze.
” A witch!!”
” Yes, Serefina helped them” she informed,
” Which Serefina?”
” The Serefina we all know” Estelle replied,
” But she was sent into exile a long time ago for using black magic” Celine reminded, Serefina was a former member of the council, who was sent into exile for using black magic by the witches, this is the first time they’re hearing of her after a very long time.
” She wants revenge..”
” And the only way she could get revenge against us was to create something to use against us,” Pierre concluded.
” But how did she….”
“She used a Forbidden spell..” Estelle said, Moreau came to her last night and told her about everything, Serefina kind of tricked them also, they never knew they would have to start depending on human blood to survive.
“So what do we do there, there must be a loophole to convert the spell, we have no time” Henri voiced out, as members of the council they have to do something about it, quickly.
“There is.. but it would bind their vampiric side, there will only be a few changes in them” Estelle informed everyone present, after working on different spells she finally found a way out, a loophole, that can guarantee their safety a bit.
“And what’s that?” Henri inquired, Estelle La Fey, is Known as the most powerful witch, she came from a long line of powerful witches and inherited all her ancestors’ spell books.
“A spell I found.. we will perform the spell the next full moon, they became Vampires on a full moon, so we must perform the spell on a full moon so it can be effective,” she said as they all nodded in agreement with her.
