Lisa felt guilty as she recalled that night again.

Lisa had not looked for him all these years, but he had searched everywhere for her. He had traveled almost every road they had walked together, searched Mervo University, and even searched the city’s surveillance. He had tried everything he could to trace her down.
Lisa choked at the emotions in his chuckle. Her heart climbed up her throat and made her uncomfortable.
Then, Terry’s phone suddenly rang.

“Jackson Valor is here for you,” Terry sald, studying Lisa’s expression. “I didn’t expect that. Why would Jackson come here to look for you? Do you know him well?”
