Hannah lounged on the couch. “It’s easy. Everything will be sorted once Linda’s gone.”
Linda was the key to the whole mess. With her out of the way, wouldn’t it mean no one would discover
the truth?
“Hannah, do you have a plan?” Tom usually ignored her, so he didn’t know what she had in mind.
“Dad, work with others. Do I need to spell it out for you?” She was vague, so Tom didn’t grasp her
meaning. “There are plenty of people who want Linda gone.”
With that, Hannah left the Felix residence.
Tom was already starting to form a plan.

Hannah had little affection for Lucy and Tom. The reason she didn’t want to see them behind bars purely because she wanted their money.
She couldn’t risk doing something like that herself, but Lucy and Tom would. So, involving those two fools.
in this mess was the smartest move.
Hannah could reach her goals, clear her name, and end up with all the riches. Then, she could leave Osmo and live abroad. Eventually, she would be forgotten.
When it came to being ruthless, Hannah was unmatched. Everything would go smoothly for someone with no moral scruples.
Linda arrived in Aventis and boarded the hotel shuttle that Wendy had arranged.
Once back at the hotel, she took a shower and collapsed on the bed. She was completely drained and didn’t feel like doing anything else. She slept until Chloe’s call woke her at 5:30 pm.
“What’s up?” Linda answered the call.
Linda, are you not in Osmo right now?” Chloe asked.
“I have some matters to attend to in Aventis. Why?” Linda sat up. She noticed the hotel restaurant menu on the bedside table and picked it up to browse.
“Oh, nothing. I was passing by the house today and remembered the villa in Novena you mentioned earlier.
John had set up homes for Linda and Chloe in Osmo and Novena. The house in Novena had been
renovated ages ago, but after the fire, Linda stayed in Usna and never moved in,
“Are you planning to stay in Novena?” Linda asked.
“Yes. Mr. Hunter will be attending a symposium in Novena shortly. I plan to stay there for a few days and discuss the jewelry designs for the spring Poly auction with him.”

“You can talk to Samson. He knows where the house is.” Linda didn’t know much about Novena aside
from the fact that it was Adeline’s hometown.
“Okay,” Chloe said. “Linda, if you don’t have to rush back to Osmo after you’re done, why not come over to Novena and keep me company for a few days?”
“We’ll see,” Linda replied, unsure when she’d be finished.
Alright, don’t forget to eat. I’m heading off work now.”
When the call was over, Linda happened to finish picking out her dinner from the menu. She called room service to place her order, then headed to the bathroom to freshen up.
Later, she sat in the living room, waiting for her meal to be delivered.
Within ten minutes, there was a knock at the door. “Room service.”
Linda went to open the door, only to find that it wasn’t a hotel staff member pushing the cart, but William. She frowned. “What are you doing here?”
I
William casually pushed the cart into the room and set up the meal. “I missed you, so I came.”
Linda was at a loss for words. “Mr. Wilson, when did you become so shameless?”
She couldn’t shake off her unease. This side of William was quite unsettling.
William flashed a grin. “It’s better to be shameless than to be wife–less.” Owned by NôvelDrama.Org.
