” Martins don’t you think you should move on with your life , it’s been two months and you are still waiting . What if she is dead ” Mrs Schneider said and Martins glared at his mother .

” Mother Katrina is not dead , she is just missing ” he snapped at his mom .

” Mom but you and Dad were the one who bethrothed her to me so why are you now against me waiting for her ” he asked with gritted teeth .

Martins walked in to meet Tom and Cole walking out of their house.

” Here comes the husband to a ghost ” they said teasing him and they laughed at him .

“” Even you guys believe she is dead . How can you wish she is dead . Katrina is our friend ” he said and Cole sneered .

” Your friend not ours and for the information no one is wishing her dead . She is DEAD ” Tom said and Martins suspended a blow on his lips making it burst .

” Martins stop it. ” Cole said holding him while Tom wiped his blood stained lips .

” The only reason I am not involving myself in this fist exchange is because I know you are not in your right state of mind but the next time you would try this . I will KILL YOU ” He said and walked away leaving Cole .

Katrina has taken over his entire being and he had fought with his friend due to this .

He doesn’t think he is in love with her.

He thinks it’s obsession and it was overwhelming him already. .

He sighted his friends from afar and increased his pace .

” Tom , Cole please wait up . I am sorry about what just happened ” He shouted after them but they didn’t listen to him .

Cole begged Tom that they should stop but he was past caring and hastened his step more leaving Martin to stop running .

“Quinn get your lazy ass out of that bed and come say hi to our new neighbors ” Mrs Spencer shouted at her and Quinn turned on the bed grudgingly before getting up .

She was tired due to yesterday’s night partying with her friends but her mom wouldn’t just let her sleep because of some new neighbors who she knew wouldn’t fancy her.

She took her brush and brushed her teeth before washing her face from the sleep bags that formed there .

She sprayed some of her beauty products on her face before walking outside .

She put on her flops and headed to the sitting room where they possibly would be .

As she got closer she heard laughter ; seems someone has cracked a joke .

She was sure it was those old time joke that was cracked

She got to the sitting room and scanned round and her eyes met two grey haired individual who looked like they have lived up to ten centuries .

” Ok Mr and Mrs Hudson , this is my daughter Quinn . ” Mrs Spencer introduced while Quinn hummed showing her set of neat dentition .

Just immediately a guy entered and Quinn wowed at such handsomeness .

” Quinn oh this is Damon Hudson , their grandson ” her mother said and Quinn blinked her eyelashes .

” Hi ” Damon said smiling revealing his cute dimples making her mesmerized .

Mrs Spencer watched what was going on and chuckled .

” Quinn why don’t you show Damon around the neighborhood while I have tea with his grandparents ” she asked and winked at her making Quinn go red in embarrassment .

” Ok sure . Damon let’s go then ” she said trying to act normal but deep down she knew she had just been hooked .

Lucia smiled as she remembered at the events at the beach .

It was really a romantic sight but she wasn’t sure if Lucien was just playing with her emotions.

Since they returned from the beach , he had been avoiding her and had kept to himself like before which tore her heart .

She thought they were being on good terms now but seems she was wrong .

Her only company had been Ken and he had been busy making sure the school gets his transfer letter so he can resume and that is a lot of work .

She was fun to be with but he wasn’t ready to act clingy to her and fall for her.

He sighed as he dropped the letter of appointment on her bedside table , arranged her duvet to cover her properly before leaving the room .
