My Quick-witted Baby (Arabella and Kenneth)

Chapter 114

Chapter 114

"Though I miss you so much, don't worry about me. You can come back whenever you want," Sharon

said.

Arabella was moved by the words. Sharon was old, but she remained considerate.

By contrast, Kenneth looked at Sharon surprisedly, since he had expected her to persuade Arabella to

go home as soon as possible.

Then, he took the phone, helped Sharon leave his room, and closed the door.

Kenneth saw Arabella in the video. Without the veil, her cute and pretty face became more attractive.

The moment Arabella found Kenneth, she turned cold and asked, "Where is grandma?"

Kenneth stared at her black eyes and said in a low voice, "She went out herself."

"Alright. See you." Arabella was about to stretch out her fair and long finger to hang up.

At this moment, Kenneth noticed her pink nail, which was his favorite.

"Did you have a manicure?" he asked.

Arabella quickly withdrew her hand, when she realized that his eyes were on her.

She was wearing a nude nightdress. The color suited her fair skin very well, which made her so

attractive. The thin shoulder straps hang on her smooth shoulders and her long hair with water vapor

looked very sexy.

Seeing Kenneth staring at her body, Arabella suddenly became angry, "What's your problem? Stop

looking at me."

Kenneth's Adam's apple bobbed twice and then he raised his thin lips. "Why not? I didn't see you for

free."

"No!"

When Kenneth was about to respond, Aurora said, "Bella, come here."

"Yeah."

Arabella just hung up.

...

Kenneth was so upset since he only said a few words before Arabella hung up. Thus, he immediately

texted to Jared, "Why did Aurora stop me and Arabella?"

Jared answered, "Sorry, I forgot to tell you that Aurora would only allow you to have a look at the

nightdress Arabella spent your money buying, though it was about 1 million dollars. I mean only a look.

That's all."

Kenneth was wordless.

Jared continued, "You should feel happy. After all, you have had a look at it."

Kenneth threw his phone away and lay on the big bed in his bedroom.

He knew Arabella was still angry about the issue of the 200 million dollars. Stephany had saved him

and the girl who called him elder brother impressed him a lot that night, so he couldn't tell Arabella

what had happened back then.

He was clear no matter how he told her about it, she would be irritated.

He went back to find Stephany then. When the girl appeared in front of him with the jade pendant, he

was very disappointed and disgusted.

Stephany was well-dressed and put on the perfume. Although she pretended to be soft and sweet,

Kenneth could feel she was vain and crafty from her eyes.

He suddenly realized Stephany wasn't the girl he loved.

Sometimes, Kenneth felt what had happened that night was like a dream and the gentle, brave, and

tough girl who encouraged him to survive was just an illusion.

His dream girl wasn't Stephany. Published by Nôv'elD/rama.Org.

In fact, the girl should be...Arabella.

That was because she had black eyes, a pretty face, and a sweet fragrance.
