MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Amelia went through her script for the last time before going on set, she was to meet the male lead today.

A loud shriek from the ladies filled the air as a tall young man stepped in.

Amelia craned her neck to see who that could be, she was dressed in a blue ripped up jean with a pink crop top.

Her feet was covered with a white sneakers, she tapped her legs impatiently as she waited for the male lead.

She saw a tall guy emerge from the crowd that were holding him back, his black eyes met with her’s before he flashed a smile at her.

Amelia slightly turned to check if someone was behind her. He approached Amelia and extended his hand for a shake.

“Kelvin Smith” he mumbled for Amelia to take his hand. “Amelia Hart”.

“it’s a pleasure to meet you miss Hart” kelvin said stressing the ‘miss’ a bit.

They heard a shriek from the crowd “don’t they look good together?”.

Amelia blushed slightly, the male lead was so handsome and nice, kelvin was the male star of the entertainment industry.

He had everything, the looks, the charm and the charisma.

The director signalled for everyone to take their place, Evelyn’s nails dug into her skin as she heard what everyone around her were saying, they all think that the new actress looked good together with kelvin.

Stacy stared worriedly at Evelyn she just hoped that Evelyn won’t create any drama.

Lisa(Amelia) was walking down the street looking at the scribbled words on a piece of paper she came to visit her aunt for the first time and seemed lost, the paper flew out of her hand it contained her aunt’s home address.

She gave it a chase until a car rolled over it, “no no no!!” she screamed chasing after the car, the paper was stuck on one of the tires.

Lisa screamed at the car to stop without wasting any much time she picked up a stone and aimed at the windshield, the car screeched as it came to a halt.

The front door opened as the driver stepped out, he looked at the damage the girl had caused “why did you do that?” the driver scolded.

Lisa itched her head weirdly because of a stupid paper she broke someone’s car.

The driver went to the backseat to open the door, Lisa looked around curiously as she took a step forward to know who was in the car.

A talk figure came out from the car, overshadowing her with his height she unknowingly took a step back.

His lips formed a thin line as he stared at the girl in front of him who was glaring back at him. Lisa blinked he was too good to be true. His harsh voice brought her out of her trance. “foolish girl what were you thinking breaking the windshield!” the young man scolded her.

“look Mr I’m sorry I broke your windshield I only wanted this!” she explained taking the paper out from the tire it was now stained with mud it was useless now.

Lawrence was angry at the girl’s stupid excuse “hope you have enough cash to fix it”.

Lisa’s brows furrowed as she sized him with her eyes “I already told you that I’m sorry and besides why didn’t you stop when I asked you to? I will only fix your car if you fix my piece of paper or else we are even!” Lisa turned around from him and left leaving Lawrence puzzled.

“and cut!” the director shouted again “that was brilliant, excellent work guys” he added.

Kelvin gave an high-five to Amelia as they both left for their dressing room “that was great it felt natural” kelvin commented.

Amelia smiled at his words “you were also good too you reminded me of Mr Arrogant” Amelia chuckled.

“what?” kelvin asked confusedly.

“oh nevermind I’ll see you tomorrow then bye” she said and left with Chelsea.

Kelvin stared at her back for some seconds and turned to come face to face with Evelyn. “hi” Evelyn greeted to receive a nod from him before he left.

Amelia got dressed into her former clothes and headed out of the building, she felt her phone vibrate “mum, I’m done with my shoot where can we meet?”.

Cecile sighed at the other end “honey I can’t make it today there was an emergency at the hospital I have to work extra hours see you some other time okay?

“yes mum take care” Amelia stared at the phone, “where then can I spend the rest of the day?” she thought for a while before she got into the car.

Liam came down from the helicopter heading into his company’s building, his brother and step mom were trying to play smart with him, he made sure to teach that step brother of his a big lesson.

He was about to step into the elevator when he heard a little noise coming from his employees, he turned around walking towards them to know what was going on.

He saw a lady in shades walking towards his direction, she looked so hot in that red body hug gown.

When she got nearer he immediately recognized the lady, she walked past him hitting his shoulder slightly with her’s in the process.

There was a loud gasp from his employees, shock were evident in their face who else was she here to see? and she just hit their boss.

Liam wondered if she really didn’t see him or she was just pretending.

Amelia stepped into the elevator the doors were about to close when Liam entered pushing the buttons.

He turned to Amelia placing one hand above her head “what are you doing here? and why are you dressed like that?

Amelia rolled her eyes at his question “listen Liam I can wear whatever I want and I came here to see my husband is anything wrong with that?” Amelia questioned back.

Liam gave up there was no point talking to her now she always have an answer for everything.

The elevator’s door opened “I know what you are thinking, I didn’t want your employees to know about our relationship that’s why I passed you by don’t feel bad about it”.

Liam said nothing and walked into his office the whole floor belonged to him alone.

Amelia was awestruck by the view in front of her, it was spacious and looked like his living room instead of an office.

Liam gritted his teeth in annoyance “why do you talk so much?!” he barked at her.
