My Obsessive Doctor

Albumin Was Lost?!

The next day, Brian came to Doctor Rudy’s room lazily. After he arrived in front of Dr. Rudy’s room, he immediately knocked on the door. Not long after, Doctor Rudy opened the door and invited Brian in.NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.

“Please come in!” Brian walked into the room lazily.

“Why, Brian? You look so lazy,” asked Doctor Rudy in confusion.

“I’m lazy, Uncle,” said Brian in a dull tone.

“Why are you lazy, Brian?” Doctor Rudy frowned because he didn’t understand his nephew’s lazy behavior.

Brian immediately exhaled. Then he said it grumpily.

“Yeah! You know, like usually!”

“Alberto? Are you lazy with him?” guessed Doctor Rudy, because there’s nothing that can make his nephew lazy except Alberto.

“Yes, Uncle. Who else would it be if not The Gigolo?” said Brian.

“What’s wrong with him?” Is he bothering you again?” asked Doctor Rudy.

“Yes, Uncle. Because of him, I was called to HR. He reported me for something that I didn’t do.”

Brian complained. Then, Brian told the story of the moment when he bullied Alberto until he was called to HR.

“He is really annoying, right?” complained Brian spoiltly.

“Yes, Brian. This can’t be ignored!” said Doctor Rudy with annoyance.

“He has the nerve to make a mess of us. So, that means we have to do more with him,” said Doctor Rudy again.

“But, what can I do, Uncle? I’m afraid that I’ll be called again by HR,” said Brian.

“Please wait!” Doctor Rudy immediately picked up the phone.

Then he looked at his busy schedule for the day. There was a surgery scheduled to start at eight in the morning with Doctor Bernardo.

Usually, the preparation for the operation will begin an hour before. So, it would be prepared at seven in the morning.

“Today I have a surgery scheduled for eight in the morning. Does Alberto work at the pharmacy unit that’s preparing for surgery this morning?” asked Doctor Rudy.

“Then, what’s the correlation? I think there’s no correlation.” asked Brian in confusion, because for him, there was no correlation with that.

“There is! “Just check it first!” ordered Doctor Rudy.

“Uncle, I’m lazy!” complained Brian.

“Brian!” snapped Doctor Rudy in a high voice.

“Check it now!” ordered Doctor Rudy firmly.

“Alright, Uncle!” said Brian lazily as he stood up.

“But what should I do to check it?” asked Brian in confusion.

“Yeah, just check it!” answered Doctor Rudy lazily.

“I mean the way.” He said more clearly.

“Just peek from the outside!” ordered Doctor Rudy.

“Okay, Uncle. I’ll go there!”

Brian walked straight to the pharmacy unit that’s preparing for surgery this morning. After he arrived there, he immediately peeked around and found Alberto, who had just arrived at the pharmacy unit that was preparing for surgery that morning. Then, Alberto worked there.

Brian went straight to his uncle’s room. After he arrived there, he immediately opened the door and entered. He also didn’t forget to close the door.

“Alberto works this morning in the pharmacy unit that’s preparing for surgery.” The information about Alberto was very useful for Doctor Rudy.

“Great!” said Doctor Rudy.

He immediately smiled widely because he felt so happy. He imagined his tactic would work perfectly.

“Great? Why?” Brian frowned, because he didn’t understand what did his uncle mean.

“It means we can do our tactic. We can slander him for stealing albumin.”

“Doctor Bernardo will be furious with him. I can’t wait for him to be punished by Doctor Bernardo,” said Doctor Rudy excitedly.

“But how is the way, Uncle?” Brian didn’t know how.

“Just follow my instructions that I’ll tell you later!” said Doctor Rudy.

“Okay, Uncle.”

The phone of the pharmacy installation unit rang. Alberto immediately picked up the phone.

“Hello! Is there anything I can help you with?” Alberto tried to be as friendly as possible so as not to get scolded again.

“Please deliver the packages for the caesarean section, albumin, one 3 cc syringe, one 5 cc syringe, and IV to the operating theatre!” requested the caller quickly.

“Okay.”

“Is there anything else?” Alberto asked as he picked up the orders.

“No. Only that.”

“Okay. Please wait! Thank you!” The call ended shortly after.

“What did he say?” asked Mr. John, which made Alberto immediately relay the message from the caller.

“Oh. Has it been prepared?”

“Yes.”

“Okay. Great!” Mr. John praised

“Please deliver it!” pleaded Mr John.

“Okay.” Alberto drove straight to the operating room.

After he arrived at the door of the operating room, he pressed the button and waited for a while. Not long after, he saw a nurse come and open the door.

“What’s wrong?” The nurse asked.

“It’s the order from the operating room’s team!” said Alberto as he handed over the order.

“Thank you!” The nurse accepted and closed the door. Alberto returned to the pharmacy unit and worked as usual.

In the middle of preparing the other medicines, Alberto suddenly heard a voice calling his name from outside. “Alberto! Alberto!”

“Sir, I’m sorry! I want to go outside now.” Alberto immediately asked for permission to leave the pharmacy unit room.

“Why? It’s your work time, Alberto,” asked Mr. John in confusion, frowning.

“Do you want to go to the toilet?” Mr. John guessed.

“No. Someone on the outside called me earlier.” Alberto replied.

“Just let it go!” ordered Mr. John.

“How about if that person needs me or my help, sir? I’m afraid that person needs me. So, that person called me.” Alberto asked.

“Let that person come here!” ordered Mr. John.

“Okay.” Alberto nodded his head and obeyed Mr. John’s order. He continued working as usual.

At that moment, there was a loud knock on the pharmacy unit. Alberto walked straight to the door to open it, but at that moment the door was already opened by Doctor Bernardo.

“Alberto!” shouted Doctor Bernardo as he looked Alberto sharply.

“Where is the albumin that the nurse ordered earlier?” asked Doctor Bernardo sternly.

“I have delivered it, Doc.” Alberto replied.

“Then, why isn’t the albumin there?” asked Doctor Bernardo with emotion.

“I don’t know, Doc. But, the clear thing is that I have delivered it, Doc,” said Alberto. He really didn’t know.

“Usually, the items and medicines delivered through the operating room nurse are always well received. But why was the albumin not accepted this time? It should have been accepted.” Alberto thought in confusion.

“I asked Mr. John’s permission to take them to the operating room. Then I’ll go there. Is that right, Mr. John?” asked Alberto.

“Yes, Alberto, Doctor Bernardo. Alberto went there earlier. I saw him go there myself,” said Mr. John.

“My question is, why isn’t the albumin there? Where did you put it, Alberto?” asked Doctor Bernardo.

“I gave it to the nurse, Doc, because I can’t enter the operating room without permission, right, Doc?” Alberto explained.

“Yes. But you should know where the albumin is,” said Doctor Bernardo.

“I think you should ask the nurse.” Alberto tried to give an idea.

“Who is the nurse who will accept the albumin?” asked Doctor Bernardo.

Alberto tried to remember the nurse’s name, but he couldn’t. He only remembered that the nurse didn’t wear a nametag.

He patted his forehead and complained in his heart. “Oh my god! It’s end now.”

“Why does the nurse not wear a name tag? What’s her name?”

“What should I say?” His brain tried to think hard about what to say.

Alberto bit his lip nervously, as he felt confused. Soon, he thought for telling the truth.

“I don’t know her name, but I know her characteristic.” The nurse’s characteristics are only the things that Alberto remembered.

“What are her characteristics?” Doctor Bernardo’s question made Alberto immediately mention her characteristics.

“She’s a woman. Her hair is brown in color with shoulder-length curls.”

“Her skin is tan. She has a small nouse.”

“Her lips are thick. Her eyes are narrow, with both irises brown in color.”

“There is no such nurse, Alberto,” Doctor Bernardo said loudly, which made Alberto’s eyes bulge as he felt very surprised.

“No? How can that be?” thought Alberto.

“So, who did I give it to?” asked Alberto, as if he knew the answer.
