My Husband Wants Me Dead (Esther and Bradley)

Chapter 803

Chapter 803

Mandy believed that Kevin truly grasped the insanity of Bradley. In his madness, Bradley seemed

determined to steal Esther's body, even to the extent of dwelling in her lifeless form day and night.

"Dr. Slade…" Mandy pleaded, "At the very least, Felix should say goodbye to his mother."

Kevin replied coldly, "Felix remains unaware of his mother's passing. Due to Bradley's erratic behavior,

he has developed a trauma-induced mutism disorder. If he discovers that Bradley drove his mother to

her death, it might be too much for him to bear."

Mandy nodded sympathetically and spoke gently. "He's just a child, and this could lead to lasting

psychological issues."

Kevin stayed silent.

Mandy muttered to herself, "I can't quite fathom Bradley. It's evident he has feelings for Esther, so why

would he do this?" Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.

"What are you talking about?" Kevin asked as if he had heard an age-old joke. "Who did you say has

feelings for Esther?"

"Naturally, it's Bradley!" Mandy replied confidently. "I'm convinced that deep down, Bradley has feelings

for Esther. Otherwise, he wouldn't have imprisoned her. I believe he did it because he couldn't bear to

let Esther go."

Kevin chuckled derisively. To him, Bradley having feelings for Esther was an absurd notion. Mandy's

belief in love seemed overly idealistic.

To Kevin, if he loved someone, he would never allow them to be harmed, cry, or endure any suffering.

Recalling everything Bradley had done to Esther, Kevin realized that Bradley was heartless, incapable

of loving anyone. A cold-hearted man like him loved only himself.

After some time had passed, Bradley woke up. His eyes met a white ceiling, and his scattered

consciousness slowly returned. Gradually, he turned his head to look at Kevin and Mandy.

"Bradley, are you awake?" Mandy rushed to his side, concerned.

Bradley sat up abruptly, his gaze filled with disdain as he hoarsely asked, "Kevin, why am I here?"

Kevin replied indifferently, "I don't know."

If the hospital's doctors hadn't called him, he wouldn't have wasted his precious time dealing with

Bradley.

The maid explained, "Mr. Warner, I found you unconscious in the storage room. Ms. Pendleton brought

you to the hospital."

Now that Bradley was conscious, he had no intention of staying in the sterile hospital room. He roughly

removed the needle from his hand, paying no heed to the doctor's attempts to stop him.

"Mr. Warner, you can't leave yet!" the doctor said anxiously.

"Get lost!"

Kevin told the doctor, who was trying to restrain Bradley, "You don't need to stop him. Bradley is an

adult and can take responsibility for his own life."

In contrast to Kevin's indifference, Mandy gently advised, "Bradley, your condition is very serious. I

recommend a comprehensive medical examination at the hospital."

The doctor added, "Mr. Warner, you've been vomiting blood, and you have a stomach ulcer. You need

intravenous treatment."

"I don't need it!"

Bradley was determined to return to Warner Manor.

At that moment, Mandy wouldn't allow him to leave, and she firmly stated, "Bradley, I understand your

grief over Esther's death, but people can't be brought back. Please accept our condolences."

Mandy recognized that Esther held an irreplaceable place in Bradley's heart, and she was determined

to make him confront the wound that would never heal.
