Chapter 160 

Jenna heard the door to her room open to reveal Axiel. He had his car keys in his hands and he was looking handsome as ever dressed in casual wear. She wasn’t expecting to see him because he usually calls her before paying a visit. 

“What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be with Acella? She asked, going into full panic mode. 

Axiel just laughed at how cute she was literally being right now and it was also very nice the way she cared about his sister too. He was at home watching over Acella until she finally told him to go and that she was going to be fine. 

He didn’t want to leave at first after she pressured him and also talked him into leaving. He finally left and the first person that came into his mind was his love. 

“Am I not welcome? Because you don’t sound very happy to see me,” he said, sitting on her bed as she scoots closer to him. 

He was always fond of trying to tease her so it wasn’t anything new at all. She knew exactly what he was trying to do and even she was ready to play it back at him. 

“You sound like I’m not making you feel welcomed but you can’t really blame me because you hardly come to visit me,” she said, turning her head to the other side. 

He gasped at her words. She knew that once she heard that gasped, she had successfully been able to turn it to him. “Why would you say that? I come to see you all the time and yet you’re making it sound like I’m the bad guy?” He asked and she nodded in response.

“You know that I would want nothing more than to see you daily and that’s why I’ve been thinking that it’s best you move over to my place and we live together,” he said. 

It was something that he had been thinking about for a while but he didn’t have the courage to say it at all and was hoping for the right time. He kept stalling it but now seemed like the perfect opportunity for him to do so. 

Are you being serious?,” She asked him. 

She was shocked with the question because even though she had feelings for him and wanted nothing more but to be with, him, she just had never thought that he would actually want them to live together. 

I’m not sure because what would Acella say about it, would she be happy- 

I’ve talked to her about it and she’s more than happy about you moving in with us.” he said, cutting her off short and trying to make her feel relieved. 

She wasn’t expecting that and it’s not like she and Acella never got along. In fact she loved her like a sister but never had the time to bond because of Acella’s rebellious attitude. 

“Are you going to say yes or you need to think it through?,” He asked her, hoping that she would say yes to him. 

She just kept quiet. He thought that maybe she wasn’t interested in moving in with him and to escalate their relationship any further, he didn’t want to pressure her into doing anything that she didn’t want too 

You don’t have to say yes right away, you can think about it because I totally understand if you don’t want to live with me yet and we don’t have to rush it, we can just take it one at a time,” he said. 

She didn’t want him to feel bad because that was not exactly what was going on in her mind but it was that of her family’s especially her brothers who were just getting along with him. 

It’s not about that, because I would want nothing more than to just live with you and take our relationship further but now I’m just worried because of my brothers and their reaction, she told him

She nodded in response to him and he wasted no time in locking his lips with hers making it a romance filled moment. 

After the little passionate kiss, he let go of her and her cheeks heated up that she was so embarrassed and even tried hiding it but it was all to no avail 

“I have another surprise for you,” he said, making her very excited. 

She was the type of person who loved surprises very much and couldn’t wait to see the kind of surprise that Axiel had in mind for her. 

“What’s the surprise!” She immediately asked 

“It’s not a gift but instead we’re going on a date,” he said. 

That was even more fantastic because she was the type of person who loved going out and couldn’t even wait for whatever he had in mind for them. 

I’ll go get ready,” she said and ran into the bathroom to freshen up and change her clothes. 

Axiel was happy with the sight because he was able to put a smile on her face and have arranged a fully packed day for them. to enjoy their day together. He wanted nothing more than to make her happy because he’s hurt her severely now he wanted to prove to her that he’s worthy of her so that his brothers and mom can give their blessings.
