Axiel was more than worried because of his sister. He didn’t want anything bad to happen to her and just kept pacing up and down the room with his heart beating so fast. He has been in the hospital for fifteen good minutes but it feels like forever
He didn’t even want to sit or lie down either. His head was spinning so fast and millions of thoughts just kept pitching in. He was waiting for the doctor to come out from the ward but they were still attending to Acella
He was annoyed because he thought that they would have been through by now since she only slit her wrist but now they were acting as if she was in some sought of labour making the entire situation worse and his heart racing so fast not making matters any better.
He decided to just have patience and wait for the doctor to come out before doing anything impulsive.
Jenna arrived at that moment. Axiel already texted her about the situation and she wasted no time in coming to see him. She was also worried and wanted to comfort Axiel.

He didn’t even know when she arrived but the first thing he did was to hug her because his mind was going through alot and he just
needed her to be by his side. “I don’t know yet babe, they are yet to come out,” he said.
He was trying to hide his fear for whatever news the doctor was going to say. Don’t worry Axiel, I believe that she’s going to be fine,” she said but that didn’t comfort him one bit.
If she’s going to be fine then why are they taking forever to come outside?,” he said, trying so hard to fight his feelings. “1 hate coming to this place Jenna, I hate it so much,‘ he said, trying to counter the memories.
He didn’t like what he was feeling and the pain that kept coming through. He was trying so hard not to remember his parents‘ death because the hospital was a bad place for him.
Jenna could feel that he was going through alot and put her hands on his as a way to comfort him. She gave him a small smile that really helped a lot to console him. He couldn’t be more grateful that she was with him.
The doctor came out immediately after and both of them got up on their feet and ran to him.” How is she, doctor?,” he asked, with fear clearly written in his voice.
“She’s fine alpha Axiel,” the doctor told him and they both heaved a sigh of relief.
But,” he continued, making them turn their attention back to him.” She just needs a lot of rest because she might be very weak immediately after she woke up, she cut herself open severely and it took a while to sew it back,” the doctor said.
Axial felt his heart ache at the mention of it because he never meant for any of that to happen to her and she had to go through lot of pains
Is she awake now? Can we go and see her?,” He asked and the doctor nodded in response.
They immediately ran to the private ward where she was kept. Acella was awake but her skin turned pale like someone who had no will to live anymore.
“Axiel,” she called, once she noticed his presence.
She tried so hard to stop the tears that were rolling down her cheeks because she had never expected that she would see her brother.
Why are you crying Acella? Does it hurt? Do you need me to get the doctor?,” He asked, checking her like he was some sort
of doctor.
Acella couldn’t help the smile that grew on her face because she was so happy that her brother was with her and almost wanted to cry more.

“I thought you weren’t going to come, I thought that you would never want to see me again,” she said, as tears rolled down her cheeks.
Axiel couldn’t believe the words that were coming out of her mouth. He couldn’t believe that she would actually think so lowly of him.
Why would you think that Acella? You’re my sister, you’re my only family and I care about you alot. I was so scared and thought that something bad was going to happen to you,” he said.
She realized there and then that her brother was true to his words when he said he was going to try to make it up to her and make their relationship grow into a beautiful one.

“Work can wait because you’re more important,” he said, holding her hands in his.
She couldn’t help but just burst into tears. He was confused and didn’t understand the reason for her tears and just thought that she was still hurting from the injury.

“You didn’t do anything Acella, it was all my fault because I never paid much attention to you, I didn’t know what came over me but right now I can promise you that I’m going to be forever here for you,” he assured her.
“I’m sorry Axiel,” she apologized while crying.” I didn’t know what came over me either, I wasn’t thinking straight and I just went ahead and hurt myself, not having you in mind or how worried you’d be,‘ she said.
