Alexia was feeling a bit happy because she just found out that she had a wolf inside of her and the doctor made her understand that the reason why she couldn’t change into her wolf form was because her wolf was a little weak and she never got the proper treatment.
She wished that her parents had found a way to counter all of this before it actually happened because now she had to deal with it but thank God that she wasn’t on her own because she got two people who were more than willing to stay by her side.

His mind was still filled with a few doubts because he was worried about her and didn’t want anything bad to happen to her but since both the priest and the doctor said there was no harm in trying so they might as well do it plus it would give them a chance to finally be together.
They hadn’t informed the household that they were going to perform a mating ritual and that was when miles decided to organize a meeting. He felt as though he needed to talk to them one on one and let them know what was happening.
He wasn’t ready to inform the town yet because he felt like they could get to know later on and was planning to tell them only after the priest had given them an auspicious date.
Miles called the entire family to gather at the dining room which was filled with enough chairs and there was a long table in it which would help make it easier. Axial, who had only come to visit Jenna, happened to be present during the day of the meeting.
Although the twins still had doubts in their mind about him, Miles invited him to join them since there’s nothing much he doesn’t know about plus he felt as though as if he could trust him a little to let him know about what was going on at least.
Their mother, Jenna, Alexia and Axial were all present there, curious to know about the big news and just what they were planning to tell them. Axial was feeling more nervous because of Micheal who kept sending him dead glares from time to
time.
Michael knew about Axial helping Miles to find the cure for Alexia. He knew that he still didn’t trust him but at the same time he felt a little grateful to him because he even saved Miles‘ life and that was a big deal to him.

They all nodded their heads in response because they never expected any form of impromptu meeting but then again they were curious to know what it was about.

They all exchanged glances with each other excluding Alexia who already knew what they were talking about but the rest were still very much confused.
“I just felt to let you all know that we’re going to be performing a mating ritual on Alexia,” Miles announced.
The entire household was in complete shock because they didn’t expect to hear that news. Axiel wasn’t too shocked thought because he knew that something like this was bound to occur sooner or later.

Alexia felt a little uncomfortable with it but dared not talk because she didn’t want to offend Marshall at all and understood the reason why she was doing that.
The twins were feeling awkward by the mention of that even though it was a normal thing but they didn’t plan about it so it felt a little awkward. Everyone just stood quiet not talking much about it until Miles cleared his throat bringing everyone s attention back to him.

“As I was saying. I want us all to prepare for the ritual and make sure that there are no mistakes and the pack shouldn’t hear of this until the priest has given us a fixed date,” he said and they nodded in response.
He knew that he could count right on them and didn’t have to worry much about it. He was about to dismiss them but that was when Jenna felt it was the right time to ask a question.
“I have a question. Jenna said, standing up from her chair. “I know that the mating ritual is to make her yours but aside from that aren’t there other purposes?,” She asked.
The twins and Alexia were shocked by her sudden question. Because it was as if she knew what they were really up to and was just trying to dig more into it.
Miles just laughed out loud making Jenna confused. “You know how much Alexia means to us and we just don’t want any bad thing happening to her,” he added.
Jenna felt that was quite reasonable enough and just nodded her head in response to what he said.
Miles finally dismissed the meeting and then they all went back to their respective rooms.
Axial and Jenna were left all alone discussing what had happened earlier in the meeting.” I don’t know why Axiel but I feel as though as if there’s something else to it,” she said.
Axial knew that Jenna was the kind of person who had always been so curious so he wasn’t surprised.
