Alexia was so nervous because it was the day when she would go to the hospital to visit the family doctor. She has to check if she had a wolf first and she’s been more scared than ever of finding the truth
She didn’t know if truly there was a wolf inside of her but then again Micheal and Miles were super confident about everything and kept encouraging and giving her support.
She couldn’t be more grateful to have them by her side and didn’t even know what she would have done if they weren’t with her but all she could think about was what she’s going to face inside the hospital.
They were in the waiting room for the doctor to call them in so that they could go ahead and meet him. “The doctor is ready to see you now,” the nurse informed them…
They wasted no time in going to see the doctor. They entered the private ward in which Miles had booked for their appointment. The doctor was not just any doctor but someone they knew since they were kids.
He was a man in his fifties who was dressed in his white coat and black pants. He was old but definitely he didn’t look like someone who was in his fifties and probably because of the way he took care of himself so much.

Alexia just stood behind the twitts trying to hide the fact that she was so nervous and didn’t even know how to face them but the doctor seemed very friendly and looked at both of them with a smile.

“I’m guessing that this is Alexia,” he said, gesturing over to her as she just stayed hidden right behind them because she was extremely shy.
She just smiled at the doctor a little. The doctor perfectly understood what she was going through and didn’t feel as though he should put so much pressure on her but rather he should just try to calm her down before doing anything impulsive.
“Come and have a seat here,” he said.
Miles gave her a reassuring look. She smiled a little and went over to the doctor. She was able to calm down her nerves and not let worries disturb her too much because she was going to lose her mind.
“I know that you’re scared but just calm down, the test would only take a few minutes, the doctor told her and she nodded in
response.
She was thankful that the doctor was really an understanding human and didn’t try to drag the issue any further making her happy. She just laid there on the bed with her heart racing fast but after regulating her breaths, she was able to calm down.
The twins were by her side not leaving her once because they knew just how much she needed their presence. They also understood the reason for her fear is because she thinks that she doesn’t have a wolf when she really does and they were so sure about it.

The doctor hesitated a little but decided to answer her. “Since both your parents were werewolves, I can tell that you definitely do have a wolf living inside of you and there’s a reason why you can’t change, he told her.
She nodded in response and started reminiscing over her past life. She didn’t understand why her parents never took her to a doctor. They never tried to help her with more information but instead they just left her like that and focused more on her sister since she was perfect.

A surge of pride welled up within her as she felt very happy that she had two people who genuinely loved her.
The tests took a while and then the doctor said to wait a few minutes for the results to be out. They were in the ward but Alexia’s heart was racing very fast.

Her mind just kept going up and down because the doctor was yet to come with the results. She knew that her life literally depended on these results because once they perform the mating ritual on her and she ends up becoming their mate but she can’t even change to her wolf form.
It would be so embarrassing because then people would just mock her and she didn’t want them to have to go to any form of embarrassment because of her. It was like having a mate who was no different to a human.

“I have good news and that is, you have a wolf inside of you,” he told them.
