TWO DAYS LATER
Miles was at rest because they’ve finally gotten the cure for the wolfsbane and even though it wasn’t easy, she was getting
better.
His mind was finally at rest and right now all he wanted to do was to just be with her again. She hasn’t woken up yet and the doctor said that it was normal for her to sleep that long and she would probably be weak once she wakes up.
He could deal with that as long as she woke up and was with him again but right now he just wants to see her again. He’s been in her room alongside with Michael who left for some other important issues a little while ago.
He knew just how complicated it was to be stuck in this kind of situation and there was nothing he wanted more than for her to wake up but yet again he was willing to give her time to wake up.
He turned his neck and felt a slight pain. He knew there and then that he would be going for physiotherapy. He needed it alot and right now that was the only thing that could fix what his neck was going through.
He also realized that his face was all filled up with facial hair and he knew that he had to shave off his hair and he wouldn’t want Alexia to see him like that. He started feeling hands running through his hair. He was succumbing to the feeling but then he realized that it was odd for hands to be running through his hair.
He immediately jolted up and looked at Alexia. She was finally awake and he couldn’t believe that she was equally smiling at him. He couldn’t even contain his joy and the smile that grew on his face.
“You’re awake,” he said with a tingling of excitement.
She just nodded in response. She looked at him with a weak smile on her face, making her laugh a little at his genuineness.
“I think we’ve already established that,” she said to him.
She was sure that he had never seen him that excited before and it warms her hearts to know that she was the cause. “I have to get everyone, they’ll be so amazed,” he told her and was about to get up but she pulled him back.
“I don’t want anyone to know right now,” she said.
He didn’t want to push her into anything. He just sat down there beside her holding her hands in his. He still couldn’t believe that she was awake and it made him ecstatic at the reality of it.
“What about Micheal?” She asked.
She wanted to know where Micheal was and she was also excited to see him and the expression on his face once he gets to know that she’s awake.
“I was really worried, I had so many thoughts that I’m going to lose you and I don’t even want to start explaining a lot of my worries right now,” he said.
She held his cheeks and looked at him with a smile. She couldn’t get over the look in his eyes no matter what. She saw so much sincerity in his eyes and how happy he was.

She held onto his hands as her way to console him. She was about to say something but then the door flew open revealing Micheal. He was so happy and shocked to see Alexia awake and immediately ran to her.
It’s really you. I can’t believe this,” he said and placed a kiss.
She wasn’t expecting that but then again it made her feel good and somewhat loved. She liked that there was so much excitement among both parties and it made her feel good

“This is so good, I can’t wait to tell everyone,” Michael said,
She just rolled his at him. She now understood that the two brothers thought alike. She held him back though and said she didn’t want everyone to know just yet because she was feeling kind of weak.
“I’m going to get you soup from the kitchen, it will help build you health,” Miles said and left for the kitchen.
She was left alone with Michael and they had an honest chit chat. It was nice for two of them to chat about things because they are the ones who usually got along alot before from the start.
They were still talking and then miles came back with a tray of soup in his hands. He served it to her and then gave her time to rest and digest the food.
She finished eating and decided to rest for a little while. She wasn’t interested in any type of meetings with anyone because she was still recovering and she felt so weak so the last thing she wanted was for people to be surrounded around her.

Alexia wouldn’t say that she didn’t like all the treatment that she was receiving but at the same time she was tired of all the herbal medicines that were being given to her to drink. It was getting annoying but she knew that she couldn’t say no to those medications.
Everyone in the palace already knew about her waking up and they’ve been paying her non stop visits that even she was beginning to get tired with all the attention.
She liked that she was receiving so much love because she’s never experienced this kind of love before and it was all just new to her but was getting fed up with everything
Alexia just shot her a fake smile. She wasn’t the type that could say no to her so she just had to deal with it.
She was already getting much more better than before other than that time when she feeling weak but she was still feeling a little bit tired at times.
“I like the medicine, it works a lot for me,” she said.
That was true atleast. It might taste bad but it helped improve her health alot that even she couldn’t deny that she’s actually grateful for her medicine.
She drank a little and then the door opened revealing Miles and Micheal. They had gifts bags in their hands, she couldn’t wait to see what it was because she was also the type who likes lots of gifts.
“What’s that in your hand?,” She asked as Miles handed it to her.
It was a set of new shoes and a whole lot of other outfits. She didn’t expect them to get them that at all but then again she wasn’t going to lie that she didn’t love it.
“Oh my God, this is so cute,” she said, admiring the dresses they got for her too.
Miles looked at her with a smile on his face. He always liked her when she had a smile plastered on her face because it made him feel better in some kind of way.
Do you like it?, Micheal asked her and she immediately nodded.
She didn’t just like it, infact she loved it because all of the dresses were even up to her taste. “It’s so beautiful especially this pink dress,” she said, showing them a gown. Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.
I’m glad you like it because I’m the one who picked it for you, Micheal said, intentionally trying to take up all of the credit.
“Are you really going to do this? You know that I’m the one who picked it for her?” Miles said.

The two had fun pulling each other’s leg. It was a form of habit of theirs and they knew that the both of them were just joking with one another,

“You have got to be kidding me, everyone knows that I’m the better looking twin, Miles said, hyping up himself.
Micheal just looked at him with a cocky smile because he knew just where his brother was heading too, what does fashion. sense have to do with dress?” He asked.
That’s enough, thank you both for the dress I really appreciate it,” she said.
“You’re welcome,” they said in unison and pecked her on the cheek.
“We’ll leave you to try them on,” Miles said and they both left.
They were outside the room but one thought kept circulating in Michael’s mind.
“I think we should perform the mating ritual on Alexia,” he said and Miles stopped on his tracks,
