Lara disappeared overnight, and Seno couldn’t find any trace of her anywhere! The man was furious and swore to teach his naughty wife a lesson!

“How dare she run away! I’ll teach her a lesson!” Seno growled as he squeezed his phone, which had been unsuccessful in contacting his wife. He received no feedback. Lara’s phone was inactive.

“She is in a boarding house not far from here. But we advise you to stay calm and be cautious. There may be certain reasons why Mrs. Lara chose to go there,” the detective advised wisely.

The detective fell silent. He turned off his motorcycle engine and then quickly got into Seno’s car after receiving instructions to search for Lara together and not cause a scene.

Without waiting any longer, Seno immediately headed in the direction recommended by the detective. The boarding house in question was not far from the Central Market. The tension in the air became more palpable, and Seno’s mind was filled with various bad scenarios that might occur.

In the darkness of the night, Seno’s car sped quickly along the narrow road towards the boarding house indicated as Lara’s whereabouts. The private detective sitting next to him continued to give instructions and guide them through the small streets.

The distance between the car and the indicated location was getting closer. Seno felt his heart beating faster, adrenaline peaked, and curiosity mixed with worry dominated his mind. In his mind, various possibilities about why Lara was there quickly emerged.

“Is Lara having an affair to get back at me?”

Seno continued to think badly about his wife. He was afraid that Lara would run away with their only child. It would be a loss for Seno. He didn’t care much about Lara. Seno only worried about the sole child in her womb.

As the car approached the deserted boarding house, the private detective told Seno to stop a few meters before so as not to attract attention. After all, they were still assuming. Lara might not necessarily be there.
