Love Beyond Control

After returning to the back corridor, Ella couldn’t sleep. She kept rolling from one side to the other for fear that Elion might turn down her request. After thinking for a while, she stood and ran back to the living room but suddenly came to a halt when she saw Henry and Elion sitting at the bar in the living room drinking some wine. Out of fear, she turned and was about to leave when Elion’s cold words brought her to a halt.

“What exactly did you want to steal and had to leave when you saw us?”

“I wasn’t coming to steal Master Elion. I wanted to ask Sir Henry for a favour.” Ella responded faced down.

Fuming in anger, Elion coughed lightly before talking. “What favour would you prefer asking Henry other than me? What favour will a married lady want from a man in the middle of the night?”

“Nothing Master Elion, I…” Ella was still talking when Elion’s cold voice interrupted. “Speak up. Are you two playing games behind my back?”

“Master Elion, not at all sir.” Henry responded with a stunned voice and seeing that her silence might cause an issue, Ella decided to speak up.

“Master Elion, I wanted to borrow his laptop and a harddrive.”

Fuming with jealousy, Elion responded and left without looking at Henry. “There’s a laptop and a harddrive on the table in my study.”

Ella and Henry looked at the back of the man going upstairs in a rage and the two of them smiled. Ella followed Elion and by the time she got to the study, the door was already closed. She gently knocked and without a response, she opened the door and sent in her head first but didn’t see Elion. She smiled and breathed a sigh of relief before talking to herself.

“That grumpy man isn’t here.”

After assuring herself, she finally entered and just when she shut the door, she was suddenly dragged and forced against the wall. Ella looked at Elion in front of her in disbelief. She opened her mouth to speak but Elion sealed her words with a kiss and Ella was taken aback by the sudden kiss. She became very angry but Elion didn’t want to let go. His lips were very soft and tender making Ella’s heart skip a bit. Elion couldn’t resist the soft lips in front of him. He had kissed many Lady’s in the past but none ever tasted like the tender lady in front of him whom he had loved for long. Just when Ella thought the kiss was over, he pressed on to her lips and parted her lips with his tongue and as soon as he touched her tongue with his tongue, he grabbed her tongue and sucked it as if his life depended on it. Ella used the opportunity to bite his tongue and it finally brought Elion back to his senses. Looking at the teary eyes of the lady In Front of him, Elion couldn’t help but feel pity for her because he knew he had wronged her.

“I’m sorry my girl. I can’t get over you and I became really hurt when you got to Henry for help instead of me.”

The angry Ella didn’t respond but quietly walked to the table, took the laptop on the table and amongst the five hard drives on the table, she was confused on which one to take and Elion suddenly told her which one to take as if he read her mind. “Take the red one.”

Without a word, Ella picked up the flash and held the laptop tight to her chest with her two hands. When she got towards the door, she avoided any eye contact with Elion and lifted her eyes just when she wanted to open the door only to realise that Elion was leaning with his back against the closed door meaning there was no way she could open the door and like a child asking for mercy, she pleaded with Elion to let her leave.

“Master Elion, please I really need to go now.”

Ignoring her, Elion Copper stared at her as if he was going to devour her the next second. Lust into the lady in front of him, he asked romantically. “Why are you avoiding me? You know you are my wife but you have been starving me…”

Elion was brutally interrupted by the angry Ella.

“Master Elion, I am not your wife. My husband sold me to you without my knowledge. If I knew, I would not have accepted and secondly you had no right to kiss me. You don’t deserve my first kiss. Thirdly, I don’t want to have any trouble with your fiance…”© 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.

“Liza is just a friend. My childhood friend and that’s all.” Elion explained while staring at Ella with so much passion but Ella gave him no space.

“Friends with benefits and Liza really loves you and on your part, you cherish her more than the lady you bought as a wife which means you love Liza.”

“That’s not true my girl. Please can you spend the night with me?”

Ella was about to refuse but an idea came to her mind and knowing that it was impossible, she voiced out her response victoriously.

“Master Elion, I will spend the night with you…” Hearing this, Elion smiled broadly which left Ella shocked after seeing him smile for the first time.

“If it’s at my place.” Said Ella

“Your place?” Elion asked.

“Yes, where I sleep. That’s the only way I can spend the night with you.” replied Ella victoriously but Elion’s next words rendered her speechless.

“Then it’s fine, let’s go.”

Ella opened her mouth in astonishment after hearing Elion’s response. She was shocked to the core and Elion took the laptop from her hands and knowingly walked out of the study. Ella followed after him but knew he was surely going to give up but to her greatest surprise, after reaching the living room, Elion walked out of the door without even glancing at Henry who ran after him thinking he was going to the company but to his greatest surprise, as soon as Elion got out of the door, he turned right and took the direction to the back corridor and Henry followed him in confusion and Ella followed after Henry in amazement. When Elion arrived at the spot, he got to the corridor and after putting the laptop on the floor, he sat down to the amazement of Henry and Ella. Ella opened her mouth to talk but he interrupted her with a gentle smile leaving Henry stunned.

“Master Elion…”

“Didn’t you say we should pass the night here? Do you want to go back on your words?”

Hearing this, Henry smiled and emptied his wine glass which he had brought along.
