Chapter 67: An Alluring Night

Levi talked a lot and was in high spirits. However, he was still talking with senses. He was really frightened when he held her hand just now.

Belle stayed in silent. She looked at him without any expressions on her face. After a short while, she lowered her eyes. Her silhouette was broken under the changing light.

The awkward atmosphere was not eased until the waiter brought reeky noodles. Levi smiled and asked her to have a taste. The smile on his comely face was snow melting. The smile made her fell warm but also hurting.

While they were having noodles, Levi tried to find some topics to talk with her. Belle had to reply him since politeness but only basically like 'yes' or 'oh'.

"Belle, I know that I have no place to mind your business. However, you can tell me if you need anything." Levi put down the chopsticks and looked at her with his bright black eyes,"A costomer of mine needs a translator recently. If you'd like to..."

"Thank you but I need no jobs now." Belle interrupted him and refused his kindness with a light tone.

The expression on Levi's face changed awkwardly.

He could not understand comparing with working at other places, why she would stay in such a place like a nightclub. According to her talents, if she wanted, she could get a lot of decent jobs with high salaries.

"Well. Let's stop talking about jobs. Let's talk about yourself. What happened to your hands?" Her hands were still bound up by bandages. It was a little tricky for her to use the chopsticks so she used a folk. Even so, her movement of using the folk was still a little awkward.

He eyebrows frowned and he was a little unhappy. Such a silly woman, why she did not even know how to take care of herself.

Belle raised her eyes looking at him then lowered her head immediately,"Nothing serious. Just an incaution."

Levi was very embarrassed. He did that nearly subconsciously and did not think too much. However, he had done the action so it would be more embarrssed if he was affectedly bashful.

"Belle, open your mouth." He said again but this time, his tone was ordering and the expression on his face was serious.

"I can eat by myself."

"Your hands. It's inconvenient. Let me help you."

Levi insist feeding her,"You hurt your hand and as your big brother, I must take care of you."

A warm feeling raised in Belle's heart when she heard 'big brother'.

According to age, Levi was her big brother indeed. She remembered that she called Levi brother Levi when they were kids.

However, that was years ago.

After a long time of silence, Levi felt that his hand was even aching. Belle hesitated for a while and finally she opened her mouth. He sent the noodles into her mouth by the chance,"Fool, how did you eat after you hurt your hands?"

She only had milk these days but of course, she was embarrassed to say that. Perhaps, since she had lost some organs, she felt board even though the foods were good. For her, eating was just a way to keep alive.

Levi did not ask more since she did not answer. He was very satisfied since he could feed her. Belle felt very awkward. Her face was flushed but she had to eat all those noodles he fed.

Other costomers in the diner all focused on them since their intimate behavior. Especially Levi, handsome and personable. Obviously, he was a Childe born in a wealthy family. Compared with him, Belle who was dressing in austere clothes and normal looking was unmerited.

Belle and Levi did not put those whispers in their minds. Levi didn't since he'd love to do that. Belle didn't since she did not care at all. After Belle had all noodles, Levi took a tissue and tried to wipe her mouth for her but Belle escaped. She felt that her face was burning. She moved her sight away from Levi,"I can do it myself."

"Sure."

After the meal, they went back to silence again. Levi was in a good mood this night. Suddenly he suggested,"I'm too full now. How about we go for a walk?"

The first idea came up in Belle's mind was refusing when she heard that.

"It's good for health if take a walk after eating." Levi smiled and tried to hold her hand. This time, Belle escaped. Levi touched his own nose and did not insist. But he still led her to the bay by his action. He walked in the front and stopped every three steps. He turned around and looked at Belle every time when he stopped so Belle had no other choice but following up.

Her right leg was lame and her back was bent. It was quite hard for her to catch up. The problem of her right leg was very obvious. People passing by all put their unfriendly sights on this ugly and lame woman.

Levi stayed still and did not went to hold her hand. He just waited her to come towards him.

She was a pride woman.

Levi reached out his hand two steps away. He said with his clear voice,"Take my hand. I will show you a place."

Belle wanted to refuse but when she raised her eyes and saw his enthusiastic eyes with expectation, she found that she could not refuse such a mild man. A man who was very similar with Nathan.

Her trembling hand finally held his.

Levi laughed. He held her wrist and they walked forward side by side. Levi did not make his steps slower willfully. He did not walk fast, either. He just walked with a pace of he liked normally. Belle was a little tired following him. Sweat already showed on her forehead.

Night view of Gang City was one of the three most famous night view of the world. It was well known as 'the pearl of the Orient'. A full view could be seen on the mountain. But Levi just took her walking by the

bay. Far far away, under the bright moon, the city was dressed in dazzling lights. This flourishing city was all in their eyes.

Belle glanced at Levi stealthily. His handsome face was more comelier under bright lights, more charming. In his black eyes, charming lights were floating.

It seemed that he noticed her sight. Levi turned his face to her. Belle moved away her sight instantly pretending looking at the views.

He did not put that in mind. His eyes were still flashing. He felt that her hand was warm and that made him obsessed. They walked for about two hours. Belle got rid of his hand gently,"It's very late now. I must go back."

She liked that mild and warm atmosphere but that did not belong to her.

"I'm sending you back then." Levi did not allow her to refuse and took her back to the car. Then he drove her to the dorm of the club directly.

Belle got off the car. She looked back to Levi but she found that Levi was following her. She stopped and said,"Good night, Mr. Song."

Why she was saying goodbye so eagerly?

Levi was a little depressed when he thought about that. He was just worry about her since he saw that the staircase of the building was totally black. He'd like to send her up. But he was hurt by the vigilant sight of Belle.

"Belle, are you vigilant to all the people who wants to get close to you?" He laughed at himself wryly. Suddenly he got close to her. Belle tried to close the door but Levi had already gotten close.

In next second, she felt that her lips were covered by a lingering kiss.
