She stared at the guest as an owl.

A tall figure entered, today this god damn guy wore a navy blue shirt with a grey coat hanging over his shoulders and a black trouser.

Adriana’s mom was slightly froze when she looked at this man so, Adriana patted her and told that it is her boss.

William handed a bouquet of flower to her mom, “I hope this can make you feel better aunty”, he said as he bowed in front of her as a gentleman.

Adriana rolled her eyes and followed him, because if not, her mom would lecture her for not being polite to guest.

“Why didn’t you informed me that you won’t attend to company’s meeting today? We talked about many things and I even wants to introduce you to the company members, but you just took a leave and didn’t say anything”, he stated it impatiently.

Moreover, he got disappointed because he missed her.

Without saying anything, she went back to her mom’s ward again.

Looking at her back view, he chuckled and asked his assistant, George to shift Adriana’s mom’s ward to VIP Class ward.

Even though after his assistant went out to find the doctor, William didn’t move from where he was and kept staring the ward door.

Suddenly, she heard her mom panting, so she rushed in the ward. Looking at her mom holding her left chest with all of the pain, Adriana panicked.

She wanted to call the doctors but her mom held her hand tighter.

With a panic, Adriana said,”mom, leave my hand. I will call the doctors right away”.

But her mom didn’t leave and said, “I know that I will die. Well Rina, you should promise me one thing… You should go back to live with your dad. Promise me you will”.

Adrina bust out crying and sobbing.

And she continued,”dad… mom… mom… mom is dead. She had an heart attack and… she is no more…”.

Before she continue another sentences, there was a roar at the edge of the phone.
