Adriana scooped that little girl’s left cheek and rubbed it with her thumb. “What is your name?”, she asked. That little girl lifted up her chin sadly and said out her name, “Julia”.

Adriana smiled widely, and asked another question.

“Are you scared that I will be mad at you?”

That little girl nodded and spilled out two words.

“I’m sorry”.

“It is not your fault Julia, clearly I know that someone else did this and you are just a key for them. Don’t worry, I will not be mad at you”, Adriana smiled again.

“Here is your report, Miss. Morris”, the doctor said as he entered. Three of the pupil’s attention was diverted by the doctor. William approached the doctor and got the medical report on Adriana’s health. His mood genuinely got better when he saw the bold word. ‘PATIENT’S HEALTH IS PERFECTLY FINE’.

“Since she is fine, may I know when we can go back to our home?”, he asked the doctor. “Actually, they have just spared a substance that will make a person faint. Otherwise, her health is perfectly fine, so she can be discharged from the hospital later this afternoon. Moreover, I advise you to take care of her very well, because her mind is still under some mental pressure, so don’t even let her watch any action movies. Well that’s it, I will go now. “Well come and drink some refreshment soup first”, he said while pouring the chicken soup from a plastic to a bowl.

The aroma of the chicken soup mixed with some powerful tonic filled the entire room.

She held out her hands, wanting to get the bowl of the soup and eat them herself, but that god damn man sat on the stool beside the bed and prepared to feed her the soup with a spoon. He scooped the hot soup with a spoon and brought it near to his mouth and blew them and finally fed me.

After a few mouthfuls of soup, she asked him to stop, but he refused and kept feeding her. He only left her after she finished the whole bowl of soup.

She turned her head to the side and saw Julia staring at her with a sad expression.

“Come here”, Adriana called her out.

Julia came to her as obedient. Adriana held her small face and asked, “what are you sad?”. At first the little girl didn’t want to talk, but then, “I really feel bad for you. Just because of me, everything happened right. I shouldn’t have done what they asked me to do, and instead I should have called the police earlier”, she said in a low crying voice.

Adriana’s heart ached. She is such a small kid and talking like a mature person.

But, wait. She said that she should have called the police before, right? It means… Is she the one who saved me? Surely, yes, she is!!!

Adriana thought.

She hugged Julia and said, “But you still saved me. You are the one who saved me. If it is not for you, I guess, I would have just messed up. Thank you. You don’t have to feel sorry, you are the one who saved me. I actually should thank you”, she even kissed the girl’s cheek.

Julia blushed. “Aww… you are such a cute, sweetie”, Adriana pinched her cheek. “Okay, it is the time for your medicine”, that god man William interrupts them.

Adriana took the mediciones that the doctor prescribed. She was too tired and gradually fell asleep.

When she opened her eyes, she realized that she was back in his bedroom. The notification reminder kept hitting up on her phone screen. She took her mobile phone and there were tons of messages and missed calls. She checked them one by one.
