Chapter 64

Lottie’s POV

The tension in the arena reaches its peak as the crowd waits on edge for the fight to begin. I can feel the collective energy vibrating through the air, mingling in with my own anxiety. The sight of Tommy’s smirk still lingers in my mind, fueling my fear, but Anna holds me to her tightly.

Jason was up first, his smaller frame tense as he stands across from Alex who grins with sheer excitement….

As the first bell rings, signaling the start of the first match, Alex wastes no time in unleashing his fury. His movements are swift and calculated, his punches landing with precision. The crowd erupts with cheers and applause, their enthusiasm pushing him forward.

Alex’s muscles tense and flex as he moves with remarkable speed and power. His fists blur as they connect with Jason’s defenses, each strike carrying a tremendous force behind it. The impact of their blows reverberates through the ring, echoing in the ears of the spectators.

With each exchange, Alex demonstrates his superior strength and skill. He seamlessly transitions between punches, hooks, and devastating uppercuts, his movements fluid and seemingly effortless. Jason tries to retaliate, but Alex’s defense is impenetrable, blocking and evading with masterful precision.

The crowd watches in awe as Alex maneuvers around the ring, his footwork graceful yet aggressive. He delivers punishing blows to Jason’s body, targeting vulnerable areas with unwavering accuracy. The thuds of his punches resonate through the arena, a symphony of controlled violence

Despite Jason’s determination, he struggles to match Alex’s power and technique. His movements become sluggish, his defenses gradually weakening under the relentless assault. The crowd’s cheers intensify, their admiration for Alex’s dominance growing with each passing moment.

Alex’s face remains a mask of concentration, his eyes fixed on his opponent. He analyzes Jason’s movements, anticipating his every strike and countering with devastating hits.

Each blow is executed with calculated intent, aimed at breaking not only Jason’s physical defenses but also his bones.

As the minutes progress, it is clear that Alex is now toying with him… as Jason struggles to even hold up his hands…

His breathing grows labored, his body showing signs of exhaustion. Alex, on the other hand, seems fueled by an inner fire, his stamina seemingly limitless. He maintains a relentless pace, refusing to show mercy as he strikes once more to his nose… causing Jason to stumble.

The crowd is on the edge of their seats, their cheers and shouts reaching a crescendo. They bear witness to a display of sheer dominance from Alex, a fighter who has honed his skills to perfection. His every movement exudes confidence and power, captivating the audience.

And then, with one final, thunderous blow, Alex delivers a knockout punch that sends Jason crashing to the canvas. The crowd erupts in a mixture of awe and exhilaration, their applause echoing through the arenal

As Jason lays on the mat, Alex gets on top of him- landing two extra hits to his face leaving him completely unconscious and defeated. The referee rushes forward to end the match as Alex steps back, spitting on him and showing his distaste.

He raises his arms in victory, basking in the adulation of the crowd. But amidst the celebration, his gaze finds me in the balcony, his eyes conveying a mix of fire and reassurance

In that moment, I am reminded of the indomitable spirit that resides within Alex. He is a force to be reckoned with, a man who will stop at nothing to protect and fight for what he loves. And with that thought, a flicker of hope ignites within me, pushing aside the fear and uncertainty that threaten to
