Chapter 187 Cheap Knockoffs

Spectators were gathering around them. After they knew the whole story, they looked at Dane from

head to foot with great curiosity.

Dane was splendidly dressed and looked very chic. So, it was hard to believe that he couldn’t afford a

Patti was embarrassed and she felt herself going red in the face, but presently she calmed a little.

Patti had no idea what Dane meant, but she knew she had to buy it, because it was her reputation and

more suitable for the poor,” Dane said.

All were irritated by his rude remarks and were very indignant at Dane.

Just then, a customer got in front of him and blocked his way. “You son of a bitch! What do you mean?

I’m one of the poor?” the customer said angrily.

Dane shrank back, looking extremely frightened. “Sorry, buddy! I think you misunderstood what I was

saying,” he said and pointed at Baron with trembling hands. “I mean he is the poor!”

At this time, the store manager came over and said to Dane, “You said our goods are inferior in quality,

so, where’s the proof of that?”

“Yes, I said it! Do you have problem with that?” Dane said with a brave face but with fear in his heart.

“Well, I tell you what, it is of very high quality, but I feel sad for you, because you can’t even dream to

afford it,” the store manager said sarcastically.

Dane’s cheek grew red with sudden anger. He shouted, “Who says I can afford it? Open your eyes, you

bastard! Look at my clothes, watch and shoes, each one is much more expensive than your trench

coat!”

For a minute, the manager was speechless with amazement, because what Dane said was true. His

clothes, watch, shoes were all emblazoned with luxury brands’ logos.

And then, behind them, a clear voice spoke, “It’s ridiculous. My clothes are cheap, but they are real,

unlike you! I had noticed that what you are wearing are all cheap knockoffs,” Baron said.

Immediately, everyone turned to look at Dane.

At these words, anger was boiling up inside Patti. She roared, “You’re babbling, you’re not making any

sense!”

“Oh, what, don’t you trust me?” Baron said and pointed to the logo on Dane’s shirt, “Take a closer look!

At first glance, the counterfeited logo and the real one pretty much look alike. But if you read the letters

carefully, you’ll see they are different. He’s wearing ARNIMA, while it should be ARMANI. And his

watch is the same thing. It’s ROLEX but yours is ROLES.”

After hearing this, everyone roared with laughter.

Everyone burst out laughing.

Everybody crowded around to look at them. Patti and Dane were so ashamed. But just for a moment,

Patti cocked her head, pointing to Tracy, and shouted, “Wipe that smug smile off your face, Bitch! You

think you can humiliate me? I’ll always be better than you. Five years ago, your scandal has spread

through all Cona! Everyone knows you have sex with a safeguard! Slut, you fucking stupid slut!”

Patti swore angrily at Tracy, who stood frozen in shock.

Hearing this, Baron’s anger flared, his eyes burning. He stepped up to Patti and slapped her! The slap
