I Love You, Miss Genius

CHAPTER 410

CHAPTER 410

1.1.2

“Sure.” Ivor leaned toward Bonnie and lowered his head to let her see it better. Although it startled her a little, she felt that inexplicable feeling again. She could do nothing to get rid of it, either.

Bonnie felt cround his head and found the swelling in less than a second. She asked, “Why didn’t it go away? Didn’t you apply any ointment?”

“It was a memento you left me, and I didn’t want to use anything to make it go away.”

“You must have a screw loose or something.” Bonnie rolled her eyes at him,

“Not really! Something is wrong with my head, and it’s pretty severe. It’s worsened over the past few days because of your absence. I couldn’t eat or sleep, so I drowned myself in work. Still, I couldn’t stop

thinking about you.

“Since you’re the miracle doctor, what do you think is wrong with me?” Ivor stared at Bonnie with so much affection that they seemed to have enveloped her.

Bonnie could tell Ivor only had eyes for her. Her reflection in his eyes was so apparent that she thought he had burned her appearance into his soul. Bonnie had always been calm and collected, but she could not

help but feel her heart stir.

It took her a long while to return to her senses before she finally said, “That sounds serious. I’ll take you to the hospital and get you checked.”

“Okay.”

I’ll massage your head for now.”

“Sure, thanks.” Ivor leaned closer to make her job more manageable. Simultaneously, it gave him an

excuse to get even closer to her.

\Flynn looked at the rearview mirror. He could not explain it, but Ivor looked like a little puppy, making

Flynn envious. “Ivor, you two can do that ey dovey nonsense when you’re home. Please don’t do that

‘while I’m around.” Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.

Ivor squinted at him and asked, “What are you doing here again?”

Flynn felt speechless. Who else is going to drive you home, genius?”

“Has he been here the whole time?” Bonnie asked. Evidently, she did not notice Flynn, either.

The latter did not know what else to say.

I see how it is. I’m just a third–wheeler.”

“It’s okay, you two. We’ll pretend we’re in a smart car that drives itself.” Flynn realized the duo was not listening to him at all.

Bonnie asked Ivor, “Does it hurt when I do this?”

Chapte 410

It hurts a little. Be gentle, Bonnie.”

“Okay.”

Flynn wanted nothing more to do with them. Suddenly, he had an idea and smirked as he turned the steering wheel.

Screech!

Due to the force, Bonnie fell into Ivor’s embrace. The latter noticed it and held her tightly as Flynn said, Damn! I think I saw a wild cat or something in front of the car. Thank goodness I’m an excellent driver! Otherwise, I might’ve hit that thing.”

Flynn looked back and saw how tightly Ivor held Bonnie.

“Hehe, I’ll ask him for a big reward when they get married.”

“Watch it!” Ivor barked and then looked in the rearview mirror, nodding in approval. At that moment, Bonnie could feel Ivor holding the back of her head. He pressed her head against his chest so firmly that she could feel his heartbeat.

“You can let go of me now.”

“Oh, right,” Ivor responded but remained motionless.

“I can’t breathe if you keep holding me like this,” Bonnie said, exasperated.

Ivor could only let her go, but he did it longingly.

Screech!

The car swerved fiercely again.
