Chapter 370
Chapter 370
“You're cocky. I'll take you down a notch!”
Instead of balling his fists, he made his fingers look like claws. Bonnie recognized his stance and prepared to fend off his attacks. She blocked his swipes, and he clawed at her again. However, Bonnie bent down and threw an uppercut.
Micah staggered a few steps back and looked at her in shock.
“That’s a shadowboxing technique!” Trystan instinctively walked to the side of the ring and stared at Bonnie.
“Don’t stop.” Bonnie wagged her finger at Micah.
‘How dare she taunt me!"
Micah reddened with anger but knew he had to preserve his honor. He charged at Bonnie again, this time not holding back. To everyone’s surprise, the duo traded several more blows before Micah suffered a fate similar to Jamal's.
Bonnie’s punch also sent Micah flying out of the ring. She glanced at Trystan and his gang, saying, “Taking you guys on one at a time is too time-consuming. I’ll take you all on at once.”
“How dare you underestimate us!” Trystan was furious.
“That’s not it. I have something to attend to soon, and you're wasting my time,” Bonnie said truthfully.
Some of Trystan’s men could no longer take it. One said, “Trystan, let’s take her on together. We’ll win because we outnumber her.”
However, Trystan raised his hand. His instincts told him none of them were a match for Bonnie.
‘What will I do if she beats all of us even if we outnumber her? We'll never recover from such humiliation . Then, how will we recruit more students?"
Trystan looked at Ged and wondered where he found such a formidable fighter. Meanwhile, the latter grinned, asking, “Isn’t my fighter fantastic? Do any of you want some action? If no one does it, I’ll take it as a surrender.
“Don’t forget to get a shiny bulldozer to knock down your boxing club.
I'll foot the bill if you’re unwilling to pay for a bulldozer.
Trystan said smilingly, “I agree that none of us are a match for her.
Still, you’ll need more than a formidable coach to run a successful boxing gym. That means having a coach as powerful as she is is pointless.
“If you’re so tough, we can do another match. Let’s have a five-on-five fight instead. Best two out of three. What do you say?”
“You're just weaseling out of our initial bet! We agreed that you’d bulldoze your boxing club if she won. You can’t back out of the bet now.
You can’t be that shameless ,” Ged palmed his forehead and added, “1 feel sorry for you, Tryslan.”
Trystan balled his fists and said through gritted teeth, “It was just a verbal agreement. We didn’t sign a contract, so it doesn’t count.”
“You little shit!”
“So, will you agree to a team fight, Ged? If you don’t, we'll bug you every day. We'll be here for weeks and drive away your potential students.”
“That’s outrageous!” Ged felt tempted to use his background to intimidate Trystan and the gang. However, he was never one to oppress people with his family name. After all, there were rules and laws for a reason, even in combat.
The tension between Ged and Trystan reached a boiling point when Bonnie said, “Fine, we’ll agree on a five- on - five.” C0ntent © 2024 (N/ô)velDrama.Org.
Everyone turned to look at her in shock.
“This time...” Bonnie looked into Trystan’s eyes fiercely. “...We'll signa contract.”
“Deal!” He readily agreed.
Ged approached Bonnie, looking distressed.
