CHAPTER 322
CHAPTER 322
Everyone turned to Jordynn when they heard Bonnie’s words. Initially, Trina did not even realize that loophole, but Bonnie’s explanation made her heart race.
‘Bonnie’s right! Jordynn was still around when I snuck into the lecture hall.’
Jordynn stepped forward and confessed, “That’s right. I was hiding behind the podium
when Trina entered the lecture hall. I saw her stuffing Rene’s necklace into Bonnie’s bag.”
Immediately after, Trina paled as everyone muttered and pointed at her again.
“Trina has always looked so pure and innocent. She has also been nothing but friendly and helpful to everyone on campus. Who would’ve thought it was all an act?”
“With that logic, she might also be responsible for ruining Bonnie’s reputation.”
“I think your assumption is right. Bonnie and Trina were switched at birth. One hit the jackpot and lived with a wealthy family, while the other had to live with countryfolk. Then, someone discovered the truth, and Bonnie returned to her rightful family.
“Do you think Trina would be willing to return to the countryside to live the rest of her life there? That’s why Trina decided to ruin Bonnie’s reputation and make her parents hate her.
Ultimately, she succeeded at getting Bonnie shunned from the family.”
“Damn, Bonnie’s birth parents must be just as heartless as they are clueless. They love a vicious and cunning person but turn a cold shoulder to their flesh and blood.”
The more the crowd discussed these things, the more agitated Trina became.
‘This can’t be happening. I bribed the people in the monitoring room to erase the footage. I
didn’t know Bonnie could recover it. How skillful is she?!‘
Trina wailed and said, “Wh–what did I do to offend you, Jordynn?! Why would you falsely
accuse me of such a thing?”
Jordynn felt disgusted and stepped away from Trina. The former said, “I’ve met many hypocritical young ladies like you, Trina. Others might believe your act, but not me. Also, we were the only ones who snuck into the lecture hall during PE. If you’re claiming innocence, then you’re accusing me.”
Trina glared at Jordynn but dared not retort.
“Cut the bullshit, Trina. You’re making it look like I’m using my status to pressure you.
Fortunately, I recorded the whole thing.” Jordynn pulled out her phone and played the video to show everyone Trina’s heinous crime.
Trina grew ashen and slumped to the ground.
“Try defending yourself now,” Jordynn said. Then, glanced at Bonnie sympathetically.
‘Bonnie has a sorry excuse of a sister and parents who can’t tell right from wrong. My heart Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.
bleeds for her.‘
Avril yanked at Trina’s collar and barked, “Trina, apologize to Bonnie right now! That includes you guys!”
She swept her eyes across the dean’s office. Her classmates felt guilty when they met her
gaze.
“You need to apologize to Bonnie more than anyone else!” She pointed at Natalee. ”
Everyone here heard how you insulted her. Apologize to her from the bottom of your heart. Bow if you must!”
Natalee staggered backward while the other students glanced at each other, not making a
peep.
“What’s the meaning of this, guys? You were all so vocal when accusing Bonnie earlier. You sat on your high horses and looked down on her. Are you going to stay quiet now that Jordynn has proven you wrong?” The more Avril spoke, the more the students lowered
their heads.
“Hmph!” Avril scoffed. “I can’t believe you guys made it into Pyralis University.”
Bonnie did not want to say anything initially. However, Avril had defended her so
passionately that she thought she should say a few words.
