Jonathan asked, “If Divine Emperor keeps an eye on Divine Realm, won't he punish Gideon and Oswald for trying to harm me?”

Lailah told him.

Jonathan nodded. “You're right. By the way, one of the Ninth Immortality Pills belongs to you.”

He took out one Ninth Immortality Pill from the other box and gave it to Lailah.

“What should I do?” Jonathan inquired.

“You need to handle the matter well. Otherwise, the consequences will be dire. I think you should talk to Master Richard about this,” Lailah advised.

Jonathan gave her a curt nod, for he knew she was doing this for his sake.

“By the way, Lailah, what did you see in the Sinai Bible?” he asked.

Lailah shot him a look. “It's nothing.” She got to her feet and declared, “I'm tired, so I'll go to bed now.” She strode away without looking back.

Jonathan stared into space blankly.

Lailah said nothing, but judging from her reaction, it was obvious that her parents' death was related to Gideon.

He knew Gideon was despicable enough to do that.

“I'll call and order some takeaway,” Jonathan told her.

Jonathan then went to the phone to order some food. After making the order, he returned to the couch.

Suddenly, Yuna pulled out the box given to her by Richard. She offered it to Jonathan. “Here you go. If you agree to be my junior and show me respect, this is yours.”

Jonathan was stunned, for it was a very tempting reward.

He calmed down and said, “Fine, you're now my senior, Ms. Yuna. Just keep this. It isn't an ordinary pill. Lailah told me that this is a Trio Vitality Pill, an Immortal Pill. It's too precious.”

Yuna scoffed, “I know it's precious. Please, I know more about elixir pills than you do.”

“Then why are you giving it to me?” Jonathan was baffled.

Warmth spread across Jonathan's heart. We just met a while ago, but Yuna treats me well.
