Dane told me that Dylan informed her that Maggie had been released from the hospital. Margot and her are still not ok but she’s still hoping that her sister will forgive her. Dane also told me that I don’t have to worry about Maggie because even if Dylan is stupid, he won’t let Maggie down. I don’t know if I’m annoyed with what Dane says but somehow I’m happy with what she said because someone will take care of Maggie.

Everything is quite good. Even though I know there is no hope that we will get back together or let’s say we will be ok I know I still love her. Maybe it’s just luck that I can tell what our destiny will be. What matters to me now is for her to be happy. I just hope she stops using whatever she is using now.

I focused myself in work. I suddenly became a workaholic and was almost in the office sleeping just so I could forget about Maggie. I miss her and I don’t know when I can recover from this pain.

She’s my first love and maybe my last. Because regardless of what happened I can’t see myself when someone else. She is still the one I need and want to be with. But sadly, I am no longer what she needs. She already loves someone else and from what I can see Dylan and her look happy.

I took my paper and went to Dane’s office. When I opened the door I was surprised to see Maggie inside. My heartbeat quickened when I saw her there and I will admit I am excited.

“Ow, sorry.”

“That’s fine, come.” Dane invited me.

“Hi,” Maggie and I greeted each other.

“How are you?” I ask.

“I am ok, and you?”

“Good, and good to see you again.” But it’s better if you’re with me. Because I miss you so much. But it looks like you’re really happy with others because that’s what I see on your face now.

“Me too, nice to see you again.”

“What is that Blaze?” Dane asked so I give her the paper.

“Request letter.”

“For?” Dane’s eyebrows arch when she read the letter. “No, you’re kidding right?”

“Nah, besides that is our main branch, so I can stay there.” Dane looks at me and looks at Maggie then again at me.

“Mag, is it ok if I will talk with Blaze for a moment?”

“Sure, I am not in rush. I will wait for Dylan also so I’ll stay here.”

“Thanks,” Then she looks at me. “Until when, Blaze?”

“I can’t say until when. A month, a year. I don’t know.”

“You will leave us?”

“You can still visit me there. Besides, it’s still our business.” We have the same business in the USA. Brother’s Code Advertising and Commercial Company. Our main branch actually. We were not neglected because we have trusted employees there. Even when we are far away we monitor everything there. And my plan is to assign there. Dane is the CEO, so she has all the controls.

“But we need you here, Blaze.”

“I am still here, we can keep in touch.”

“How about your printing press here? Who will gonna manage it?”

“Mom will handle it.”

“Blaze.”

“My decision is final, Dane, I need this.” I looked at Maggie who was also looking at me so I turned my gaze back to Dane. “Please.”

“Fine, but I will check the date. We have a lot of clients by this month and —-”

“I’ll finish the pending job for the previous and the new one of this month. I’ll leave when I’m done.”

“Fine.”

“Thanks Dane, anyway, gotta go, looks like you talked about something important. Sorry to bother you.” And I leave the room.

I was breathe when I got out and then went straight to my office. Earlier I couldn’t seem to breathe when I saw Maggie. She looked good. Even though she looks drunk maybe because she’s used it again but she looks ok.

I missed her even more. If I hadn’t just held back earlier I might have hugged her. All the happy memories we had came back to me. I couldn’t take any pain to keep her away. Everything on my mind now is pure happy memories of the two of us.Contentt bel0ngs to N0ve/lDrâ/ma.O(r)g!

I heard knocks so I let the person knocks to come in. I stood up when I saw Maggie.

“Can I come?” She asked. “It’s ugly if I’m here and then we’ll talk. Later I’ll take root here.”

“Huh, sure, come in.” She entered and stood in front of me.

“Can I seat, I don’t want to get varicose.”

“Go, ahead.” When she sat down, I sat down also. I took some water and drank it. I saw her take something in her bag. It is like medicine or let say it’s a drug.

“Dane doesn’t want you to leave.” I smile and stand up then get some wine. The working ime is also near so I can have a drink. I need an ally because it’s not just who’s in front of me. I drank first before returning to the chair.

“I want a new environment,” I said.

“All you need is the environment. You can fix your office.”

“I want peace.”

“Lock yourself in the room.”

“I want to be happy.”

“Is it because of us?” Yes, Mag. The more the I am here the greater the chances that we will always meet. Like today and I might commit suicide thinking that we have no hope.

“No, Mag, my personal issue is out of my business.”

“Then stay.” Tell me you will come back to me and I will stay. “Dane needs you.” I don’t need them because I only need you.

“I am still the chief strategy officer. They can contact me anytime.” She did not answer.

“Well, that is your decision. Dane is important to me and I don’t want her to be sad so I talked to you. That’s all.”

“I get it. How’s you and Dylan?” All right, Blaze, hurt yourself more then take the rope afterwards.

“We’re good. We’ve been together always, we got drunk, got high, got —- Honestly, mt things is the only missing from his house to say that I live there.” She was even embarrassed to continue having got sex. It’s like I want to kill that animal.

“Good, at least he makes you happy.”

“He is not the one I need.”

“Huh?”

“I said, he’s all I need so I can be happy.”

“Yeah, I know.”

“Anyway, I need to go,” she said and stood up.

“Mag,”

“Yes?” I look at her waiting for what I will say next.

I miss you, Mag. Just tell me we still have hope and I’m not leaving. I don’t care about you and Dylan or if anything happens to you just tell me not to leave because that’s what you want and I’ll stay.

“Blaze?”

“Nothing, nice to see you again.”

“Me too.” Then she went out the door.

Shit! I fucking miss her.
