Cecilia’s pov

I sat on the couch eating some Nutella and pretzels. It was really good, it was one of my cravings. Jason was in the kitchen making dinner, lately I feel like he’s been doing all of the work and I hate it. I finished my last pretzel and got up from the couch. I walked into the kitchen and saw Jason checking some stuff that was in the oven. “Need any help?” I asked “No thanks.” He said. I nodded and went into the living room. I watched tv until I smelled Jason’s bloody. I shot up and sprinted into the kitchen. I saw him rinsing his finger under water. I sighed “Relax I cut my finger.” He said “Be careful please.” I said he looked at me, I looked over at him. He smiled, I returned it and shook my head. “Here gets some plates it’s done.” He said looking away. I grabbed some plates and put some rice, chicken, and broccoli. We both actually were really good cooks. Jason sat on the couch first, I came over and sat in his lap. I got comfortable, leaning into him. We use my legs as a table and ate. “This is really good babe.” I said he nodded saying mhm. “Thanks baby.” He said “Give me a kiss.” I said he licked his lips, I grabbed his face and pecked his lips. “Love you.” He said I kissed him again. “Love you too.” I said Jason leaned down to my stomach. “And I love you too.” He said cutely I giggled. “Babe.” I said laughing some. “What?” He asked laughing. “Do you think it’s going to be a boy or girl?” I asked “Boy, I’m going to teach him to be strong and play football. He’s going to get girls!” He said getting excited. “If it’s a girl?” I asked “She going to be my baby girl, I’m going to play dolls with her, and let her dress me up.” He said watched him lovingly. He will such a good father. “And if it’s twins?” I asked this took him by surprise.”They will be a handful, but than I’ll get to play Dolls and football. We all win.” He said nodding. I laughed “Yeah we all win.” I said grabbing our empty plates and taking them into the kitchen. I washed them than put them away. I made sure the back door was locked, I looked out the back window and saw lightening in the sky than heard a rumble. The lights flickered, I hate thunder storms. “Cecilia..” I heard Jason say. He knows I’m terrified of thunder storms. “Coming.” I said as I pulled my eyes away from the sky. I walked into the living room and Jason was at the stairs. “Let’s make a fort.” he said I squealed and ran over to the stairs. “I love blanket forts!” I said clapping. We went upstairs and grabbed all the blankets and made a little fort on the floor. I put up some lights so it wasn’t dark and put pillows everywhere. “You’re really good at this.” He said “I know I use to do this all the time as a kid.” I said as I finished. I laid down and Jason came and laid next to me. “What if the tent catches on fire?” Jason asked I grabbed his hand intertwining our fingers. “We die.” I said he laughed. He let out a sigh, I looked at him rolling on my side. “What?” I asked “We’ll have a little gremlin running around here in nine months.” He said “I’m going to get so big.” I said looking down at my stomach. “And you’ll still be beautiful, if you get fat I’ll get fat too and we can roll around together.” He said I burst out laughing. I rested my head against his shoulder. “Im serious.” He said “I’d do anything for you.” He added looking down at me. “And I would do anything for you.” I said poking his nose. He smiled showing his pearly white teeth. He kissed my finger causing me to smile. There was a clap of thunder in the distance, Jason let my hand go and wrapped his arm around me. He grabbed a blanket and pulled it over us. “How come you aren’t scared of the thunder?” I asked snuggling into him. “I focus on making sure you’re okay and I’m a guy I don’t get scared well I do when it comes to you, the pack, or my siblings. You guys mean the world to me.” He said “You’re a softie.”I said looking up at him. “Shh don’t tell.” He said “I won’t.” I said “Your secrets and heart is safe with me.” I said “You’re to cute.” He replied.
