“Get a bucket of water,” Lea instructed.
Shannon quickly grabbed a large bucket of water from the back of the classroom, where they kep the mop and rags.
“What are you going to do, Lea?” Leona almost screamed.
“She’s a doctor. Of course, she’s here to help,” Shannon answered.
Lea took the bucket and dumped its entire contents over Abigail’s face.
Leona was stunned, her voice choking in her throat.
She was splattered with the water too, with her mouth filled with it.
“Is this cold water?” a student asked, puzzled.
Although the classroom had heating, the bucket of water was still icy.
“What’s that smell?”
“I know. Someone must have poured a drink into the bucket.”
“And there’s some trash in there too.”
“It stinks.”
“Ugh…” Abigail couldn’t hold it any longer and vomited from the shock.
Lea had doused her with such dirty water.
Abigail felt as if she had been dunked in a cesspool, covered in filth and stench both inside and out.

By the time they reached the infirmary, her face was frostbitten.
A wave of murmurs and gasps filled the classroom as the students were left in shock.
Just as Lea was calming down, her phone rang. She took it out, moved to a quiet corner, and answered the call.
“Lea, have you seen the news about the Tanner family?” Jonah’s voice was smooth but carried an excited edge, like a hungry wolf spotting a huge piece of meat it couldn’t wait to devour.
“Yes, I’ve seen it,” she confirmed, nodding.
It was her idea to include Calvin in the intimidation of Phillip, and she had helped to steal and leak the video from that private room.
“This scandal is going to drag on for a while. Tanner Group’s stock has already hit the limit. Let’s make a big move and grab their valuable projects. Opportunities like this don’t come often. Let’s get rich together,” he suggested.
Fearing that the negative news might be too much for a freshman like her, Jonah added an explanation. “You’re probably not familiar with the Union led by the Tanner family. “Go to your class. I’ll hang up now.” Jonah heard the bell and ended the call.
After being taken out of the classroom, Abigail dared not return. Instead, she had the driver take her to Iverton’s best cosmetic surgery hospital.
She didn’t get home until after dark.
