Flash Marriage Makes A Perfect Match

Chapter 45: If I need to make some babies, can I call you?

When Allyce woke up, she felt weak and sore all over. She had no strength.

The mere movement of her head made her weak and dizzy.

His right arm felt strangely cold. He turned his head and saw an intravenous line connected to his hand.

He tried to put his other hand on the sheet and get up, but he had no strength.

His only half-open eyes suddenly widened as his memory began to return.

He recalled leaving Kimdis and getting into a taxi ….

Presidential Suite ….. . Richie- Nuncio … Shot ….

As his memory returned, scene after scene flashed through his mind.

The door opened quietly and someone came in.

“You are awake.

A clear voice rang through the room, as lilting as running water and as pleasing to his ears.

Seeing that she had neither spoken nor moved, Severo came striding over, frowning slightly, his thin lips pursed in a straight line.” Does it hurt? Where are you uncomfortable?”

Allyce struggled to squeeze out a few words: “I hurt all over”.

With that, he looked at Severo, then turned his head and closed his eyes as if he were dozing.

He did not know how to deal with Severo now.

Should you hate him? Thank him?

He was both her saviour and the one who had deceived her.

Seeing her eyes close, Severo frowned and stepped outside. Allyce breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the faint sound of the door closing.

However, after a few minutes, a couple of doctors came in.

Severo’s voice rang out again: “Give him a full physical and if he still doesn’t feel well, then you can kiss your job goodbye.

With that, Allyce was transferred for various tests.

After a few movements in bed and a physical examination, Allyce felt strangely a little better. Seeing that she looked better, Severo sympathetically told the doctors to leave.Belongs © to NôvelDrama.Org.

Allyce leaned against the headboard and touched her face. Her voice was small and weak as she asked, “What time is it?

“You’ve been sleeping all day and night.” Severo walked over and placed something on the bedside table. allyce looked back and saw that it was a thermos.

Hearing Severo’s casual tone, he didn’t ask any more questions. Nor did he say anything else, just slowly opened the thermos. The delicious smell of chicken porridge wafted through the air.

When Allyce smelled it, she felt a little hungry.

Severo filled a bowl and held out a spoonful: “Here, have some food”.

“Thank you. I’d like to eat alone.” Allyce lowered her eyes to avoid his gaze.

At this, Severo’s face fell and he calmly handed him the bowl before turning to leave.

For the next week, Allyce remained in the hospital, but she never saw Severo again, only the nurses and doctors came in and out of her room.

Although Xabat and Neto came to visit, she did not spend much time with them.

They conspired with her husband to cheat her, and then stood by and laughed at her folly. Why should she care to be nice to them? She owed them nothing.

I only owed it to Severo.

It was only on the day he was discharged from hospital that he was finally able to see Severo again.

Allyce walked out of the hospital and realised that she was in the most advanced hospital in Cloud City. The place was expensive and luxurious, and the equipment was state-of-the-art.

He found Severo leaning against his car, dressed in a black shirt and trousers, which made his thin body even taller. He stood without speaking or moving, the aura emanating from his surroundings shining through him, making passers-by gasp.

“I’ve been a little busy lately, so I haven’t been able to visit you.” Severus approached her, sweeping a few strands of hair from his forehead as he spoke.

Allyce leaned towards him, expressionless, and said coldly: “Thank you for saving me. I’ll pay your medical expenses. If there’s anything you need from me or my help in the future, give me a call and I’ll be sure to return the favour.

Severo’s hand froze in mid-air. He narrowed his deep eyes as he looked at her, withdrew his outstretched hand and repeated his words: “Return the favour?

“Yes.” Allyce nodded, her expression pale and distant.

Severo suddenly smiled as he leaned over and whispered in her ear: “If I need to make some babies, can I call you?

Allyce looked at him in surprise. His eyes filled with a mocking smile. His revealing words made Allyce blush.

She gasped, embarrassed, unable to say anything coherent. She spat out the words in anger.

“I … Why should I do you this favour?”

He was still laughing. LOL!

Allyce kicked him and ran to the bus stop. She caught the bus just in time.

Leaving Severo hopping on one leg in pain, his expression indistinguishable.

Xabat hesitated for a moment and then stepped forward: “Boss, are you all right?

Severus looked at him and said coldly: “Stay out of my business or get out!

“Sorry,” Xabat thought bitterly as he apologised. The boss’s temper was getting really bad. Now his wife has made him angry, so he’s going to take it out on us.

It was a rather slow journey, and Allyce frowned and looked out of the window.

His thoughts were very confused.

When the bus stopped at a bus stop, he saw a housewares shop across the street.

He got off the bus and walked with the others across the street into the shop. He approached the receptionist and asked in a calm voice: “I need to change the door to my flat.

The saleswoman asked politely: “What kind of door do you need? When you have time, we can…”

“The strongest, most unbreakable door with the strongest lock. Replace it now.” interrupted Allyce coldly; an icy chill seemed to radiate from her eyes.

The saleswoman was surprised, but said patiently: “Sorry, madam, we …”.

Allyce pulled out a card and tapped it on the counter: “I’ll give you ten times the price.

She was grateful that Severo had found her bag; however, because he was so brazen, she had to have the door replaced.

Shameless liar.

Allyce stood in the corridor outside her flat, watching the workmen put a new door in its frame.

The loud sound of hammers and drills echoed down the corridor.

A neighbour across the street opens the door and says angrily: “Why are you changing the door so early in the morning? It’s too noisy.

Allyce folds her arms and looks at him coldly. Her voice was calm and cold: “You’d better close the door or I’ll leave it open and play rock music tonight.

“You …” The neighbour stared at her. A woman this beautiful rarely reasons.

He slammed the door shut.

Allyce stood in the hallway, still pale and lifeless.

It had been more than ten days since she had discovered Severo’s true identity. He had given her no explanation, and she had not asked for one.

However, something had broken in his heart.

She thanked him for saving her from danger, but it was true that he had only saved her because he had pretended to deceive her.

Kindness and deceit are two different things. I could no longer live with him.

Seeing her expression, the workers thought that Allyce was not happy with their slow work, so they picked up the pace.

“It’s all done, madam.

“Thank you.” Allyce thanked them and went inside, closing the door in their faces.

They stood outside looking at each other. She didn’t even bother to check properly, was she satisfied or not? They could go now … Right?

The flat was very quiet after closing the door.

Allyce walked over to the wine cabinet and pulled out a bottle of red wine. Holding it in her hand, she remembered that Severo had bought it. She turns around and throws it in the bin without looking at it.

She found beer in the fridge. After drinking three cans of beer she felt a bit dizzy, but she was still wide awake.

As she sat there, a little dazed, her phone rang. allyce picked it up and saw an unfamiliar number flashing on the screen.
