Dying in silence

“N… no, I…. I… I… think…. my…. monthly visitor is here”I stuttered.

Samantha gasped and quickly glanced back at the guards.

“What?!, what do we do, everything has been set for this show, we can’t just cancel it”she said and I winced, still holding unto her body.

Geez….

One the guards that are standing by the other car came to me.

“Miss, is anything wrong?”he asked.

“Yes!”I snapped.

His brows perked up and he stared at me not uttering any word.

Well, I tend to get angry at any small thing when I’m in pains.

“Fontana”Sam called.

“What!”I barked.

“Can… can.. you manage to the… uhm… the show?”she asked nervously and I turned to glare at her.

“How can i manage this pains, you’re a lady too so you should know how I’m feeling”I retorted and she sighed then touched her forehead with her two fingers.

“I guess we will have to cancel it then, though your father will be so angry with this sudden change”Samantha said.

“You, take the young miss into her room, I will make a quick phone call with Elsa and her dad”Samantha added, referring to the guard.

“Huh?, what’s going on?”he asked, befuddled.

“You still don’t understand?, gosh, my visitor is here!”I barked angrily.

“Which visitor, we are not having any visitor in our compound”he stated, still confused.

“You guys are the worst, you’re the worst. You don’t even know what a lady call ‘visitor?’, you’re the worst!”I yelled angrily at him.

The remaining guards started walking to us.

“Captain, is everything okay?”one of them asked the other guard.

“No”he replied.

“Today is her monthly flow, just take her to her room”Sam explained.

“Oh”he muttered and turned to me.

I glared at him and sighed.

“Let’s go, miss”he said and came to stand beside me.

I rolled my eyes and released my hold on Samantha and started taking slow strides back to the house with guard beside me.

We waited in my car for the girl to arrive.

We waited for minutes and was soon getting frustrated.

“Wait, was that a fake news?, she supposed to be here by now”I scoffed.

“Easy dude, let be patient”Harry said and I glanced back at him at the backseat and gawped at him.

“For how long will we be patient?”I asked gruffly.

“As long as she will be here”he replied, still operating on his phone.

“It got canceled, guys”Mike suddenly said and we turned to him.

“The show got canceled because of an urgent issue”he read from his phone and looked up at us.

I scoffed and ruffled my hair.

I rested my hand on the car surface and glanced from the window.

The people that came there to see her started leaving one after the other.

I guess they’ve heard the news.

The press still stood there probably waiting if Elsa will come out to address them about why the show got canceled.

“Turn the car around or what are you waiting for”Harry said to Mike angrily.

Mike sighed, ignited the engine and turned the car around.

Fontana Pov

I rolled around on the bed. The pain is too unbearable and I don’t like using drugs.

I sat up and buried my head in my thighs.

Gosh.

Why today, huh?.

Though I’m a little happy about this cause I won’t have to show myself today.

The pains subsided a little and I sighed.

The door opened and Samantha came in with a tray, a bottled water was placed on it with some fruits.

“How was it with Dad”I asked.

“It.. was not good, he was pretty angry with the sudden change but he asked me to take good care of you”she explained and I nodded.

“How are you feeling?”she asked as she dropped the tray beside me.

“Not so fine”I replied and she sighed.

“You should have some fruit”she said and I shook my head.

“Water?”she added and I shook my head negatively.

“Fine, I will give you your drug”she said and I turned to look at her.

“Fontana, what should I do for you?”she asked.

“I didn’t ask for your help”I retorted and she smiled.

“Now that’s your drug – getting angry at anything, I’m going to give you more of it though”she grinned and I glared at her.

“Should I turn on the TV for you?”she asked.

“Why will you turn it on”I said angrily and she giggled.

“That’s more like it”she winked.

Gosh.

She’s actually right.

Getting angry at little things is my drugs.

I laid down on the bed and before I knew it, I fell asleep.

A hand drew the duvet up to my body and soon, the door went shut.

#At night

My eyes fluttered opened and met with the darkness in the room.

I yawned and sat up.

The pains has finally subsided.

I stood up and went to switched the light on.

I was still in the outfit from earlier.

Geez….

I walked to my closet and picked out my pyjamas.

I moved back to the room and went to the bathroom.

I stripped out of the dress and put it on.

I walked out and exit the room.

I bumped into Samantha on the stairs and her eyes beamed as she saw me.

“You’re awake”she smiled and I nodded.

“I’m hungry”I pouted.

“Okay, head back to your room, I will get it for you”she said.

I nodded and turned, going back to my room.

Samantha came by some minutes after with a platter.

She placed it infront of me and I munched on it immediately.

#The next morning

The clanging of my alarm woke me up.

I turned and turned it off.

Is it morning already?

Hmmmmmm…

I groaned loudly….

I stood up only for me to see that the bed was really stained.

Gosh.

The door sprawled opened revealing Sam.

Oh.

“Good morning”she greeted.

“Yeah”I simply replied.

She directed her eyes to where my gaze was.

“Oh, don’t worry, I will change it after preparing your bath”she said and I nodded.

She walked to the bathroom and I stripped out of my cloth and covered my body with the towel.

I walked in as soon as Sam came out.

I slipped inside the bathtub and moaned out in satisfaction when the warm water came in contact with my body.

I rubbed the soapy water on my body and my eyes shut.

I walked out of the bathroom after staying there for a long time.

Samantha already changed my bedsheet and a pad was placed beside my dress.

Oh.

I creamed my body and started dressing up….

I climbed down the stairs, holding unto the railings, all dressed in my uniform.

“Good morning, miss”a maid greeted and I just nodded in acknowledgement.

I went to the dining area and rushed my breakfast.

Though I’m not late but I just can’t wait to see Darrel’s face ☺️.

I stepped inside my ride and he drove out of the compound.

It’s been long since I spoke with Mom.

I will give her a call when I get home today.

And dad?, I know he will be damn angry about yesterday stuff.

I didn’t know when we arrived at the school until the driver came to open the door for me.

“We are here, miss”he said and I looked up at him.

“Huh?… oh, okay”I said, grabbed my bag and stepped out.

I walked to the school and headed to my class.

My eyes met with Darrel’s as I stepped in.

He smiled at me and waved.

I nodded shyly with a small smile and removed my eyes.

I went to my seat and sat down.

Fred is yet to come.

The bell rang and Mia stomped inside the class angrily, Perla and Cassie were trailing behind her.

I removed my gaze from them to the front of the class.

Surprisingly, they stopped Infront of me.

What the hell?..

I looked up at them, throwing them a quizzical look. and

Mia raised her hand up immediately and slapped me.

The students turned to us and soon, the class broke into murmurs.
