Astrid wanted to have a bath to relax.

She had been a completely different person for the three years that she was married to Blaze.

Not only that, Blaze was very a troublesome person and was not easy to get along with.

After taking off her clothes, she paused when she saw the marks on her body.

The memories of the two of them entwined in bed slowly came back to Astrid.

She was already drunk when she met Blaze, who came out of the study and was also drunk.

Somehow, they just began kissing each other. Astrid didn't let Blaze leave and the two of them continued the passion to the bedroom.

“Astrid, you asked for it..."

"Blaze, you pull a long face all day. | don't think I'm afraid of you...

The next second Blaze shut her mouth with passionate kisses and then threw her to the bed.

Astrid shook her head, trying not to think about it anymore. Besides, she and Blaze had nothing to do with each other from the moment she signed the divorce paper.

With that thought in mind, Astrid deleted all of Blaze’s contact information and that included on social media as well.

After taking a bath, Astrid fell into a deep slumber. She had never been so relaxed for the past three years.

Unlike her, Blaze was standing in front of the office window with a straight face. He couldn't get Astrid out of his mind.

"What kind of mind trick do you think Astrid is playing at?” he asked his assistant, Milo Brown, who stood behind him with a nervous expression on his face.

“Boss, | don't think Miss Graves is playing mind tricks on you. Maybe she wanted a divorce as well?" Milo was confused as to why his boss was suddenly interested in his ex-wife.

"She has always been good at playing mind tricks. If that wasnt the case, why did Grandpa like her so much?" Blaze was annoyed by Milo's answer. Astrid liked him and he knew it. He didn't believe that she would just let him go like that.

"But Miss Graves has never taken the initiative to get close to Mr. Baxter Cohen."

"Grandpa wouldn't be on her side for no reason."

“Mr. Baxter Cohen seems to be very fond of Miss Graves. They would have a good talk every time they met." Milo felt Blaze was being somewhat unreasonable tonight.

"But he made a mistake. He shouldn't have forced me to marry her.”

Blaze felt that if he had been forced to marry Astrid, he would have married a woman he liked.

Now, he began to wonder, did he really not like the life he had with Astrid?

Strangely, Blaze couldn't find an answer, which made him very upset. He couldn't afford to admit the fact that he had made the wrong decision.

“Tell her to take the pill.” Blaze suddenly remembered that he was too carried away last night and forgot to use a condom. Since they were divorced, they shouldnt have children.

"Boss, Miss Graves blocked my number and WhatsApp.” Milo tried every way he could to contact Astrid but failed.

Blaze tried with his phone again but couldn't reach her either.

He was frustrated and thought, "Astrid, since you wanted to leave so badly, | hope you'll go as far as you can and never come back. Otherwise...”

The next afternoon, Astrid was woken up by Eddy.

She washed up and then got changed into a T-shirt with a pair of skinny jeans and sneakers.

Her long hair was hanging behind her back casually, but the casual clothes still made her very bright and energetic.

The jeans outlined her figure perfectly, and she had a pair of brilliant long legs. She was also wearing a pair of sunglasses, followed by several bodyguards in black.

With an indifferent face, she was exuding an imposing manner.

When Astrid and Eddy arrived at the Lapper Hotel, it was only an hour before the show. The guests had arrived one after another and were taking photos and accepting interviews on the red carpet.

Not long after they arrived, there was a commotion at the hotel gate. A Bentley slowly pulled up, and a young woman got out of the car, holding the arm of a handsome and aloof man intimately. It was Blaze and Althea.

Tonight's big show would select the best model to cooperate with the clothing brands under the Rock Group to design new clothes for summer this year.

So, as the president of the Rock Group, Blaze was the most important guest tonight.
