**XANDER’S POV**

It hurts me to avoid her for a whole week, like a whole week. Although Killain was angry, he wanted to apologize to her for yelling at her but no, the plan will be ruined.

I already postponed the luna ceremony, so she could have all the time she needed to take control of her self and also to calm down.

When Killian won’t stop wanting to be let out and yelling at me in my head, I took her favorite hoodie to keep him at peace and also to prevent him from going savage. I secretly went to her room to watch her sleep. She is human so she could not have possibly sensed me.

“Mate, meet mate.” He kept chanting in my head.

“I have said it before, we need to give her some time.” I said out of frustration.

Nicole ignores me now. Whenever we go to school, she behaves like i don’t exist. It hurts seeing my best friend not even look at me.

During the past one week, she seems to be a cool kind of lady. I once asked her if she had a guy, you know like a guy she is in love with.
