DEMON LEVIATHAN( THE BANISHED SON OF LUCIFER)

The soul rippers arrived in a lonely village at exactly 2 Am and went off searching and searching for little ones but all proved abortive.

“What are we going to do?”

“It seems there is no life in this village” mortal spirit asked her sister staring deeply at her.

“Let’s just walk a bit more and if we don’t see anyone, we go back to the Queen and let her know.”

With that decided, they started walking around the lonely village once more but found all the houses empty or perhaps it was abandoned.

They got tired and decided to rest a little bit then leave but it was then they sighted a house which lights were on.

They used their powers and the scent of life filled their nose and they smiled.

They glanced at each other and made their axe become hidden in their backs.

They also made herbs appear in their hands.

They walked to the door and knocked.

“Please we are lost” revenge soul whispered shedding tears when a male little one opened up the door.

“What are you both doing out here in the dark?” The male asked.

“We were searching for herbs when we got lost instead, please allow us spend the night, we will leave tomorrow morning, please” mortal spirit answered.

“Who are those at the door?” A voice shouted from inside.

“That’s my brother, I’ll have to talk to him and if he decides to allow you to spend the night then you are free.

“Brother, two females here said they lost their way and are pleading to spend the night.”

‘We don’t accept strangers here brother, the kingdom is not safe anymore as you already know, please tell them to leave” the male inside replied to his brother.

“Please whoever you are we are harmless.”

“We are just servants who were sent away by their mistress to get her herbs cause she’s sick but we ended up missing our path.”

“We know we are already in trouble for not coming back on time and already missed coming back tonight but please we don’t want to die out here by animals or perhaps cold cause we are freezing already.”

They were met with silence and seeing their plans weren’t working they pleaded with the male in the door going on their knees shedding tears but in between their tears was a smirk.

“Let me talk to him” the male at the door and left.

He went into his brother’s room to see him already dressing his bed to sleep.

“Brother, please let’s allow them to sleep for the night, they seem harmless and they are freezing out there.”

“You know it’s winter and snow is dropping.”

“Please.”

“Have you gone nuts brother, have you forgotten it was the same help father rendered that backfired on him and mum and got them killed?”

“There is something off about this ladies.”

“I can feel it even without seeing their faces.”

“Please push them away and let’s sleep as we have always done.”

“No brother, for the fact mum and dad died because of the help they rendered to evil bounty hunters doesn’t mean everyone is evil and these ladies have nothing on them apart from the herbs in their hands.”

“I’m letting them in whether you like it or not brother and you can’t stop me.”

“Don’t get me pissed, you know how I am when I get pissed.”

“I don’t want us to fight over anything, just listen to me and let these females go.”

“Remember how I had warned dad not to open that door cause I felt evil behind the door but he was damn stubborn.”

“Have you forgotten how we got to suffer all alone without talking to any little one out there and also not helping any?”

“Remember our law never to open up our door at night since the death of our parents.”

“Please brother don’t open that door.”

“I don’t care” he screamed rushed to the door and flung it open letting the soul rippers in and they laughed within them.

“Thank you so much” they whispered shivering from the cold cause they didn’t want to use their powers so that the males won’t have doubts.

The male rushed into the kitchen, made two glasses of tea, and gave it to them which they swallowed in a grab.

He offered them blankets and they took them after whispering their thanks.

His brother came out a few minutes later and guilt flashed in his eyes, “I’m sorry ladies, we take cautions before rendering help to strangers.”

“I’m so sorry for leaving you guys out there in the cold for long.”

“It’s okay” they answered.

“Why is there no one in the village? Why is everywhere deserted?”

“We can be sure to say that this house is the only house with life in it.”

“What happened?” Mortal spirit asked.

“That was the reason I didn’t want my brother to open up to you females cause we are afraid.”

“It’s a long story.”

“I don’t think we are in a hurry.”

“You can talk to us” revenge soul answered.

“Before then, why are you both out here by this time?”

“I know you already said that but is your mistress that wicked to send you both out at night?”

“You guys can remain here instead of going back to her” the male that opened up the door for them uttered.

“That’s sweet of you but even though she’s wicked and heartless we love her cause she picked us up from the swamp where our parents left us and took us in.”

“We don’t care about anything she does to us and we will do anything to save her even if it’s risking our lives.”

“She’s our everything and we owe her our life” both muttered.

“That’s touching, have you guys eaten?”

“There is porridge soup.”

“We will appreciate that.”

The males left and came back with a plate of soup each and the soul rippers downed it at a goal once more.

“She must have been a sweet mum” revenge soul replied.

“Yea, she was.”

“She always called us the apples of her eyes and did anything we ever asked for.”

“So sweet, what are your names?” Mortal spirit asked.

“Bro over there is Brian and I’m Gary” the same male answered.

“Everything about you guys is mesmerizing” the soul rippers whistled dreamily.

They yawned and stretched their bodies ready for action but decided to listen to their story first before doing anything.

“So tell us the story you guys wanted to tell us, we are curious and damn ready” they whispered.

“Okay, perhaps we will tell you all right from the very beginning” Brian the male who didn’t want to open the door mumbled.

A long time ago our great grandparents got lost just like you guys.

Don’t mistake the great grandparents for ours, nope I’m talking about our Ancestors.

They were male and female who lived in the outskirts of California in a little city but then a war arose between the little ones of their city and the neighboring city because of a plot of land and they ran out cause they didn’t want to die.

They walked and ran all the way from California down here not knowing where they were going but all they knew was they wanted to run very far.

They used just legs to conquer a journey done using air and dwelled in this village.

But then they somehow got the news that the fight has ended and they tried retracing their way back but they couldn’t.

They tried for so many days but kept walking in circles so they gave up and decided to settle here and build a new kingdom.
