A Trick

After the phone call ended, Lexi walked quickly towards the garage. He took the car and immediately drove it to the airport.

In less than thirty minutes, Lexi arrived at the airport. In a day he twice checked the airport lounge in search of Jessica. But it was the same as this morning, Jessica wasn’t there either.

“Damn! How dare you trick me!” Lexi thought Beryl was lying to him. “I’ll give you a punch!”
